We agree, this is NO SPECIAL REQUEST, other than simply to validate that we are served as announced in their menu. The food is good, but they advertise crispy fries and the first time we were served fries that were very soft at the base, not because they were softened by the sauce. Don't take customers for idiots! Also, the particularity of their restaurant is to serve smoked meat on soft bread instead of rye bread. I adore!! But the problem is that we are served rye bread!!! 🤷♂️
In closing 3- Their menu is very poorly displayed on delivery platforms. However, it would be so quick, easy and efficient to use the formats available to restaurants to make it a little more precise while eliminating frustrations and even problems. The many special requests that the restaurant does not accept. What they don't understand is that by having a poorly rendered menu on screen, customers cannot, for example, choose their drink when they have a trio. Oh no! However, they have a very varied choice, but in the drop-down menu, only “trio pout reg + beverage” is written. Great, okay, why not add the list of available drinks right after and let customers choose what they like?? Well no, we send you a drink to the head of the online customer, that is to say always a Coca Cola!!!!

Cool place to grab a poutine, there are many poutine topping on the menu. Like Italian and chicken. I cant rate Atmosphere i was alone on a Friday around 1 pm. Service and food was good, served freshly cooked and hot.
Today I went to this restaurant for my lunch. I ordered some meal. The food was testy. But I was Disappointed about the attitude and professionalism of the girl, who sat near the cash box. She was very busy with her phone. She misconducted with a customer. She was not careful about her responsibility towards the customer.

The poutines aren’t what they used to be when they first opened. They’ve been super cheap on the cheese and toppings. Barely any. The sauce didn’t taste like anything and was watery. Just a ton of soggy fries. Too bad, won’t be returning.

We were greeted with a person playing with their hair while enjoying a video chat. The chef was also on their phone. The cellphones being so important that we were served cold poutines that tasted like watery crap. We didn’t finish our meals. It was that bad. Also … so terribly expensive.
Otherwise the decor is beautiful. I’m a huge fan of the paper bag planters and I love the press wood look.
I’m not going to say « don’t go » but do go if you really have no other choice.
