I’ve been here once and I ordered the items in the photo. Nothing special. But the variety was fine. The reason why I am giving 3 stars is that the guy who was getting our order was only speaking French, we answered in English and he never tried to talk in English with us. It was disrespectful. To me, respect is all. I remember Montreal was like Bonjour ,Hi But these days I don’t hear it anymore.

It was a quiet morning and I was waiting a long time to be served. When finally my time came they told me I had to take a number (even with 3-4 clients). I just wanted a coffee. They said sorry that is the rule. I taught that was very poor customer service so I left to go to Starbucks next door and had a wonderful coffee. Too bad as I will not be back.

However, my last two visits were disappointing for the prepared foods: the sandwiches lacked fillings, particularly brie, and the seasonal salad seemed to lack freshness, giving the impression of being from the day before. Despite this, the service remains impeccable, the staff are always welcoming and attentive, which is a real plus for the customer experience.
