We LOVED our visit! Having recently moved to the South Shore, we are delighted to have discovered this place.

The place is spacious, warm, well maintained and offers a huge choice of games. The welcome was excellent: the facilitators are competent, attentive and very friendly. The cocktails are absolutely delicious, and we had the pleasure of discovering two extraordinary games.

As a bonus, there is a small store on site where we were able to buy a favorite game before leaving.

In short, a fantastic experience that we can't wait to repeat!

(A big thank you to Roxanne as well as another animator (whose name escapes me, but who was probably French!?) for their welcome and their expertise. Thanks to them, we had a great time and can't wait to come back!)

Honestly best place in the world. The energy is great, the staff incredible especially JADE 😍😍😍 in short, go there with your eyes closed!!!!

Disappointing experience at Dix30. Their voicemail says you can show up without a reservation, but twice during the day we were turned away, even though the place was far from full.

Their excuse? A lack of staff. But what is their solution? Nothing, except letting customers move around for nothing. If it's not possible to accept people without reservations, update your message instead of wasting customers' time!

Add to that stupid and disorganized employees, and it makes for a downright unpleasant experience. A minimum of respect and professionalism would not do any harm.

We have been different several times and we are always refused due to lack of staff even if there are plenty of free tables and when we call it is clearly mentioned that we can show up without reservation but that we have to wait 25 to 40 minutes because we are completely refused.

Super nice place to meet up with friends and discover new games. But you have to expect a hubbub during peak periods. Lots of game choices. Courteous and fast service.
