Real Fruit Bubble Tea

A store I used to like—until this Tuesday when I sent my kid alone to buy a large bubble tea and specifically asked for no ice. But the staff still gave her a cup full of ice

I came in today November 1st at 6pm, ordered a simple black milk tea, and it somehow took 17 minutes to get my drink. The employee working was not only incredibly slow and disorganized, but also shockingly rude. She blatantly ignored me when I tried to politely check on my order, continuing to make other orders after mine as if I wasn’t even there. When she finally handed me my drink, she didn’t make eye contact, didn’t acknowledge me, and didn’t even call out my order number, just shoved the tea on the counter without a word. I felt so disrespected as a customer. If the owners think this level of rudeness is acceptable, they can count me out as a customer from now on.

It used to be my favorite place for the barbotine a la mangue but the person working there refused to make one because they had to prepare for the next day when I can clearly see mangoes already peeled and ready to be used but it's a shame I won't come back here as I won't take the chance again for not having someone that's willing to work properly

$12 for very warm watermelon juice and questionable cherry bubbas. The juice was tasty but who the heck wants WARM juice??

The owner doesn't have any respect for the customer. They are behaving like they give you free food ... not using their mouth to talk using hands to tell people to move. As I can see its very common for you to miss behave with your customers.

The girl at the counter didn't say a word to me, she had it's air weight, for a juice at $10 it takes a minimum of service otherwise put in robots it will do the same.

The guy with the mask made a mistake with the order and then acted like it was our fault. Very bad service. The tea was overly sweet.. not the best bubble tea in the area
