Juice is good but I would give 0 stars for customer service if I could. Being in the restaurant business, customer service is important.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Real Fruits today. I used the self-serve ordering system, as employees no longer greet customers to take orders.

When my son accidentally knocked a cup onto the counter while picking up our order, the employee reacted in a way that was both intimidating and inappropriate for a 9-year-old child. He aggressively told my son to “come get me,” which frightened him.

When I arrived at the counter, the employee immediately reprimanded me, saying my son had made a mess. I explained that there was no need to treat a child this way—the spill was minimal and easily cleaned. I even wiped up the few drops left on the counter myself.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee continued to be aggressive, even stating he would not make a new drink—despite me never asking for one.

This experience showed a serious lack of customer service and basic decency. Intimidating a child over a minor accident is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior.

The service was disgusting, they spilled my drink and gave me the old cup, all sticky and covered in dirt. After I asked for a new cup they started gaving attitude and didn't gave me the cup holder for my hot drink, I had to ask.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and have always appreciated the service—until today. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The employees were noticeably rude and condescending. When I approached the cashier to place my order, I was told—without any courtesy—that they no longer take orders at the counter and that I had to use the self-serve machine.

I attempted to use the machine, but the option I was looking for simply wasn’t there or so was unable to find it. When I asked for help, I was met with a dismissive “Do you speak French or English?”—as if the issue was a language barrier, when in fact it was a limitation of the machine. I tried to explain this, but was met with indifference. I ended up having to go back spending much more time to scroll through ALL the menu on the machine to try to find what I used to order.

This experience left me feeling like customer care is no longer a priority here. As a long-time business, this was disappointing. Not everyone is comfortable using a self-serve kiosk, and some people simply can’t. Businesses should be flexible and respectful—not forceful or dismissive.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are trained not only in how to make juices but in how to treat customers with respect and empathy.

Awful experience. The employees are rude and have a terrible attitude, making me feel unwelcome. The floors and table were filthy, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Absolutely disgusting. Won’t be coming back.

I came in today November 1st at 6pm, ordered a simple black milk tea, and it somehow took 17 minutes to get my drink. The employee working was not only incredibly slow and disorganized, but also shockingly rude. She blatantly ignored me when I tried to politely check on my order, continuing to make other orders after mine as if I wasn’t even there. When she finally handed me my drink, she didn’t make eye contact, didn’t acknowledge me, and didn’t even call out my order number, just shoved the tea on the counter without a word. I felt so disrespected as a customer. If the owners think this level of rudeness is acceptable, they can count me out as a customer from now on.
