What a wonderful gem! The ingredients are fresh and service is A+. Came for lunch and went for their tasting menu (60$ for 2 people) that did not disappoint. Was told that their menu change every so often. Def give this a try!

It's definitely on the fancier side, with tapas-style dishes meant to share. I would come here to nibble and enjoy wine, rather than expect a hearty meal. The menu leans more toward creative than traditional, and the dishes I tried left me curious to come back and explore more.

Lunch here was a true delight, 10/10! The brioche was out of this world, and the elk carpaccio simply outstanding. The spritz was prepared with such care, easily the best I’ve had in Montreal so far (and I’m Italian!). To finish, we were treated to a delicious carrot cake, personally presented by its creator coming straight from the kitchen, such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable. The flavors, the craft, and the impeccable service all show how much passion goes into this place. I wish them nothing but big success.

Wow! Tried this restaurant last night and it was a wonderful and delicious new try. I took note of the resto one time when at dix30 and made sure to come back and try and definitely was not disappointed.

And for the food…so delicious and flavourful!! Love when the dishes on the menu have unexpected ingredients which end up meshing together so well! Honorable mention for the burrata salad with fresh tomatoes, arugula & watermelon as well as the scallops cooked to perfection!

My visit to Canons in Brossard left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. While the menu looked promising, the food itself was just so-so—lacking the flavor and finesse I had hoped for. What stood out more, unfortunately, was the slow and inattentive service, which made the experience feel longer than it should have. It’s the kind of place you want to root for, but it needs a bit more polish and energy to truly shine.

While the service was good and staff was super understanding, I was beyond disappointed.
Given it is a wine bar, I would strongly recommend sticking to wine. Their cocktails were definitely subpar.
For food, we took a fondant entree which was very tasty but quite small. It was essentially sliced, melted cheese on bread. Not quite what we expected. Finally, for the main, I ordered the cacio e pepe linguine. On top of it being watery and unseasoned, I found a hair in my plate, curring my appetite.
The staff were very apologetic and did not charge for the main. That said, each order was worse than the previous which was very disappointing.

Amazing place. The quality of the food was incredible. Best beef tartare I’ve had, seasoning was very unique and tasty. We also had oysters and the beet salad, which was a plate of the day. All good! Very happy to have a restaurant like this in DiX30
