I recently checked out the new L’Avenue in Brossard and was really impressed. It had been a while since I’d been to one of their locations, and this one feels new, lively and very well run. It does seem like they’ve rebranded a bit, with some nice updates to their image and menu. Even though it was busy on a late Sunday morning, the service was great and everything moved smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.
We tried a few dishes and everything hit the spot.
Bobby Discovers Istanbul was unique and full of flavour. The chicken patties with poached eggs, feta, spicy cucumber salad and za’atar yogurt all came together beautifully.
Huevos Rancheros was another winner with scrambled eggs, black beans, guacamole and salsa wrapped in tortillas.
For something sweet, we shared the banana, strawberry, blueberry and nocciolata waffles. They were rich and satisfying, with a nice mix of fruit, chocolate hazelnut ganache and vanilla cream.
And the pistachio latte was honestly one of the highlights. Creamy, smooth and something a little different from your usual coffee options.
The portions were generous, the prices were fair and the vibe was great. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a solid brunch spot.

I came to L’Avenue for brunch but it wasn’t as good as I remembered from the original location in Plateau Mont-Royal. The pumpkin spice was way too sweet and didn’t have the balance I was expecting. The vibe is still lively and fun, but overall the food didn’t quite live up to past experiences.

It's was a fun and different brunch experience. Original offers on the menu. The potatoes are nicely seasoned. Service was excellent, Alexander was knowledgeable about the menu and spared a few minutes to chat with us despite being obviously super busy (10 am on a Sunday). The food was delicious and the portions are quite large, not even my boyfriend could finish.
So of course I went back and they also have the fluffiest pancakes on Earth!

The food was decent and the overall vibe was great. I really liked the pop-style design of both the menu and the space, very creative and fun. Everything together made for a very nice experience overall.

Best brunch we’ve had in a long time
There seems to always be a wait but it’s worth it- don’t give up.
We got a booth, which was comfy and clean. Waitress was super prompt and professional.
1) got the bowl of nocilatta coffee.
2) kids nocilatta French toast (nocilatta is a hazelnut chocolate spread)
3) pork belly eggs Benedict
4) salmon eggs Benedict with beet pink hollandaise
Definitely the best meal we’ve had in a while. A nicer but casual setting - creative interior design, too. Clean bathroom facilities. Everything about this place was great.
The atmosphere and vibe of this restaurant were really nice. The food also felt very fresh to me. It was actually my first time trying this kind of food for brunch, and I really liked the taste. I ordered the special steak, and it was good. I can say their food is definitely worth trying at least once.

A hit and a miss location. Maybe we were not lucky like other reviewers. On a busy Sunday morning, it was quite tough for their chefs to prepare food quickly to serve the masses. Staff was welcoming and servicing with what they could do the best. Food was already cold when it arrived on the table. Definitely, not the best presentation of a tempting breakfast. Could have thrown a bit of fruits to decor the plate.

Huge portions! A lot of their menu items are homemade, like the sausages and creton. Good food in general but on the saltier side. Different from your typical breakfast chains which makes it worth a try!

Definitely worth a try, their menu is different from other brunch places. Good ambiance and the service was great! Would rate the food 4.5 out of 5, but that’s personal taste. Their fluffy pancakes are huge!
