The employee must learn at least basic French to serve in French.
Error in Uber order. I went back to take her directly to the restaurant because they kept putting me on hold on the phone. On arrival it was impossible to have service in French.
Clean place, good pizza (nothing like before with the cheese), good fries.
In short, it was not a good overall experience.
I hope they make changes because the place is friendly and well located.

I'm calling for a delivery. The guy answers me and just speaks to me in English. Again, I don't care a little, I understand him and he seems to understand.. If we can say so. I ask him for the plate of 1 pita with fries. He replies "it's too cheap"... I tell him he's going to have something else too. He tells me again it's too cheap do you understand.. I tell him again that he's going to have other things with that He still tells me it's too cheap. So I said let it go and hung up. They just lost an order of $50+ and the tips plus a customer. Very ordinary but good. They who manage their restaurants as they want.

It’s a shame this restaurant was taken over by new owners. The pizza used to be authentic and delicious. Now it tastes like a 2 for 1 pizza joint. When I called to complain the person that answered told me that it was a new recipe and all of the customers prefer it this way. (HA! good luck with that I replied). The picture on UberEats is very misleading. Prices should be adjusted to suit the quality it’s become !

I've been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes for a lasagna and a salad....they said it was gone....I called back after 1h15 and left me on the line after 10 minutes of waiting I hung up and called them back lines all busy!!!! 2nd time this has happened to me!!!! I was supposed to have credit....no it doesn't exist, he said when I placed the order!!!! No more!!!!

In the past, it was the best pizza on the South Shore! Now it's one of the worst. :( Don't trust the 5-star reviews, either from people who have no taste or fake accounts. It's disappointing and such a shame, but that's life... RIP Rio pizza.
Used to be one of my favorite pizza place. Now they just serve overpriced but average pizza. From fresh cut potatoes to Canvendish fries for the poutine was really insulting...

My review is as same as other unhappy customers for Pizza Rio. I’ve been ordering from this pizzeria for a long time and the pizza and the sub was already superb even though the new ownership took over about 2 years ago. …now lately the food quality has really went down hill. Pizza not good as before (cheese topping all burnt and my extra paid cheese topping was but a mere sprinkle) and the sub was made with wilted lettuce and very small tomato slices. They even got rid of fresh cut fries and using the frozen store bought ones now. On my recent pickup of my order, they also made mistake with my Pizza order which I had to wait additional 35 mins, and also forgot to add sauce for my subs when I got home with them. I hope they can resolve their kitchen issue as the poor lady at the cash was getting bombarded by customer who received the wrong orders..

When you look for the order and you don't leave a tip, the attitude changes and they make you wait. Luckily there are other places to order. The tip is earned.
