I usually come at a very non-busy time, so the atmosphere is so peaceful and calm. I normally get the ROUGE Fried Rice and it’s always incredibly delicious and fast with a very big portion, it came within 5 minutes this time. My waitress was nice too and gave me everything I needed

Awesome decoration, tasty menu options, inviting service, and central location. The dish I picked, Cantonese style Chow Mein, was delicious and well prepared, featuring crispy pan-fried noodles topped with a savoury sauce and a mix of chicken, shrimp, roast pork, and vegetables. We had to wait quite a while to be seated. The host seemed distracted—laughing, moving around, and even eating—before finally coming to entrance to ask how many are we.
The music was extremely loud—I couldn’t even hear myself, let alone have a conversation with my friends, which was really frustrating.
We ordered from the lunch set menu, which included soup, a main dish, tea, and dessert. The food was superb. I had the tofu, which was served with flavorful rice and a fresh salad. The green tea was pleasant, and the banana fries for dessert were just okay.
Overall, a 👍 experience for the food, but the service and ambiance could use improvement.

The food was good. I ordered the red curry with jumbo shrimps. This dish was to tomato heavy for my preference and what I had been expecting . I like a lighter red curry with more aromatics.

The owners of this place is the reason why I gave it 5 stars in overall. They are one beautiful couple that shows that they care and makes sure everything is great. The workers there are always friendly, polite and very patient!
The food was very good too, but I ordered the Mongolian beef and my plate had more veggies than the beef BUT it was still very tasty. Thank you, Bistro Rouge!

2h in and we don’t have our mains yet; some appetizers never came. Service is rude, not checking in on us. Timings on the courses not synchronized, with some getting their appetizers half an hour after others. The fried food was 99% fried 1% food, the hot and sour soup had the texture of jello. Some of the classics were okay, like Orange Beef and Peanut Chicken. Calamari and Salt Pepper shrimp were inedible. Would not recommend.
