Refuse to give us a table even if the place is half empty, I want to take away and refuse again saying that the cooks are too busy. We went to the GENERAL TAO restaurant instead where the service was 10/10

Decent quality and quantity, nothing more, having often consumed “Chinese” dishes on several continents, really nothing special.
Of the 7 dishes ordered, 2 arrived together, the rest one by one, as if there was only one wok working in the kitchen, fortunately there were only 3 tables occupied and the 2 others were already served.
Understanding with the waitress, perhaps boss, almost impossible in both French and English.
Given the poor service, we revised the tip downwards and she caused a scandal for that.
One thing is certain, this is the last time we set foot there.

Great spicy dishes, excellent salt and pepper squid. Everything is good. Bring your own wine. The only downside is that the waitress is friendly, but doesn't speak a word of French.

We got a fish whose bottom half tasted strange/ wrong. We told the staff and they said that was strange and brought it to the boss. No apology, just said that the fish was fresh and they got it today. Ok? It tasted wrong. A while later the staff got to sitting at the table next to us and the boss started mocking and laughing at us saying that it wasnt possible that only half of the fish was bad, it had to be the whole fish if what we were saying were to be true. They did not try to be quiet or go elsewhere to speak of the matter, they did it at full volume right next to us. We then went to speak to them for being so blatantly rude, and instead of apologizing the owner was screaming to defend herself, not listening to what anyone else had to say as long as her voice was the loudest. There was a lot of arguing and yelling. Did not offer any refund or discount. Only that we were wrong and only us. Horrible rude staff. I would give less stars if I could.

This time for my first time I opted for a more conventional menu.... Next time I'll try the local specialties because obviously I missed something ? it was still good very good and the food is really excellent
No service in French, we manage to understand this ?
I recommend a place to discover for an extraordinary culinary experience ?

It was a real exotic feast for my Quebec palette! We wanted to get off the beaten track a little ⎯ such as General Tao chicken or even sesame beef ⎯ to try something new in lesser-known but, we hoped, more authentic dishes. And we are very satisfied!
What we ordered:
- House hot pot (shrimp, spam, rolled tofu, seaweed, bok choy, mushroom)
- Tripe and duck blood soup (if you're feeling adventurous)
- Spicy Szechuan beef (really good)
Very generous portions. Everything was tasty and aromatic. You will love it even more if you like the Sichuan pepper which is used masterfully in these dishes. My girlfriend and I are big fans, so we were spoiled!
Nice atmosphere inside. The decor is quite pretty I think. Basic service but really fast.
Little nice warning:
- It's rather oily.
- The tripe tastes farmy; it is a flavor which, although special, can be appreciated.
- Service in approximate Frenglish.
Very satisfied.

I've already lost it and took two bites. It's really hard to eat. To be honest. I seriously doubt that he didn't wash the pot. It’s very spicy and dark hahaha? It hasn’t tasted this bad before. I guess I need to change the cook.

All the dishes were flavorless, not Asian food tastes as your expectation. Even a simple Yangzhou fried rice, there were less ingredients as the usual traditional Yangzhou fried rice, they only put egg, very little amount shrimp and diced chicken, that was it?! The pickle fish dish was very terrible, please avoid!!! No taste, and looked like from a premade dish from a supermarket, and just reheated, only fish and few pickle cooked in the water soup, no other ingredients.
The environment is not clean, the chair and carpet was oily and dirty.
A bad experience.

It seems like a Cantonese restaurant, as the waiter can speak Cantonese, but the spicy flavor is the best I've had in Montreal. Especially lobster and lamb. The stir-fried green beans were not fully flavored. Another thing I recommend is that all the food is not too salty or sweet like other restaurants, it's also a plus if you detest too much salt. Totally a surprise after tasting so many Chinese restaurants.

Amazing!! If you are in the mood for Chinese food in the south shore, you gotta come to this restaurant.
Been coming here since they opened and every friend that I bring here is as amazed as me for the quality and quantity of the food!
Be sure to try their fish!! It was so good that I had a hard time getting my friend's chopsticks out of the way for me to snap a pic!
And for the cherry on top... you bring your own wine!!!
