Before I ordered I mentioned that I don't eat pork, so I asked if the cacio e pepe can be done without it, the waiter kindly asked the kitchen and he confirmed, however he proceeded to bring the shared appetizer (nachos) which contained pork. I asked if it did then he said yes, then I decided to pick another appetizer (cheese pogos) and it was not cheesy, the consistency is similar to hummus. The food and service overall was average, maybe it was just a bad night! We were at the banquette, which is 2 sided and not fixed to the floor, whenever someone would move, the whole banquette would move/feel it.

Service très lent malgré plusieurs tables vides. Mon plat de pieuvre (entrée) était beaucoup plus petit que le prix laissait envisager (voir photo). J’ai même demandé au serveur s’il manquait quelque chose à l’assiette. Plat de pâtes sans goût. Poke bowl avec riz…basmati…. Bref, le décor et l’ambiance ont quelque peu sauvé la soirée. La bouffe et le service, pas recommandé. Je n’y retournerai pas.

My first experience wasn’t the greatest. The food was bland and not very exciting. Fast forward to a year later with the hopes that the food would be improved. Nope, still bland and tasteless.The service and atmosphere were top notch but sadly, the food for me was a flop.I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone for the food, which is too bad because the establishment and staff are amazing !

Expérience de plus en plus méprisante depuis les trois dernières fois que je suis allée au Vertigo. Samedi dernier, notre groupe de neuf personnes a dû attendre une heure de temps debout au beau milieu du restaurant avant que notre table soit prête. Une fois assis, la serveuse a pris les commandes de la moitié de la table uniquement, plusieurs choses n'ont jamais été reçues (et quand même facturées), sans compter qu'on ne venait jamais nous voir pour nous demander si tout était à notre goût et encore moins pour nous proposer des breuvages. C'est dommage, parce qu'avec une meilleure gestion du restaurant, son potentiel serait immense.

C’était ma première Expérience à ce restaurant. j’ai adoré mon expérience. L’ambiance est très plaisante et le décor est super. J’ai eu un excellent service et les gens me semblait sympathique. pour ma part j’ai opté pour un tartare de bœuf asiatique et il était succulent. les huîtres aussi étaient très bien apprêté. je n’hésite pas à recommander ce restaurant sans problème. le stationnement sera gratuit pour vous à ce restaurant. et il est accessible depuis l’intérieur pour l’hôtel et d’autres endroits.

Great discovery. I went there with a friend and we were on the terrace. Everything was perfect, welcome, music not too loud, service. We were surprised by the fact that the restaurant is located in a very busy place, it was not too noisy.The food was good. I had the squid, cooked well, but just a little too salty. Beautiful wine list!A guaranteed return ?

Un bel endroit pour un diner d'affaires ou romantique. Le service était bien, le décor super, la nourriture bien, mais un peu trop salée. Les mini-burgers: les pains auraient du être toasté. La demi-pieuvre était correcte. La joue de boeuf braisé était aussi tendre avec des légumes bien fait comme accompagnement, mais encore une fois, trop salée.
