I really want to give a higher rating, but... I placed an order for takeout and picked up my order. It included a burger, fries, and cheesecake. But when opening the bag after returning to my hotel, the cheesecake was not there. Called Zibo to have the charge for the.missing cheesecake taken off and was told the staff there couldn't do it and the morning manager would need to call me and reverse that charge. Evening staff was friendly and took all of my information and order...
Good but not exceptional for a very high price! A sandwich, a pasta dish and a lean (very low in cheese) onion soup. With tax and type 76$ very expensive for a lunch and especially for what it was, at this price it should have been exceptional! Taken note, do not return there.
