I am never disappointed when I go. The manager, and his staffmembers, are always super friendly. I love to have a little chat with them at every single of my visits. Best coffee shop you can find. Just terrific!

We came for icecream and was well served for our kid. Surprised the Second Cup had opened here, for some quality coffee for the parents. Good service despite being busy.
Did not ask if we wanted chocolate or sugar in our drink, but was nice enough to add when we told her. Both workers did not know anything about the reward points when purchasing, and yet head office tells me it's still ongoing, don't know who to believe. But our drinks tasted great, so there it that.

The Second Cup / Chocolato duo is fabulous. This Second Cup has a lot more options than other branches. Best coffees and some amazing looking bakeries and desserts. And if you have kids they can have an ice cream from ChocolatoLots of places to sit comfortably and a nice outdoors terrace! A really nice spot.
