Shuyi Tealicious 书亦烧仙草(Brossard)

The boba isn’t that bad and the tapioca is pretty well made. However the service from the employees was horrible. Asked questions and the employee kept trying to rush it/ignore it

I always go for special Tuesday and Thursday. But the way they make the tea differs from each server. Which is kind of annoying because i have an expectation but then it's always different.

Some of the best bubble tea I’ve ever had! I’ve tried the peach lime green tea with added tapioca balls and WOW was it good. Fast service, delicious tea. You use a touch screen to order, and I’ve also ordered ahead on Snappy and saved the lineup.

The best boba I have ever had (and I have gone to a ton)! The price was very reasonable with kind staff and a clean and modern interior. I got the peach boba with 2 types of peach and unlike other peach bobas I have drunken, this one didn't have an artificial taste nor a stronger tea taste than the fruit causing a bitter taste! It was nice and fruity, and I appreciated the 2 types of peach. It had a nice location as it was next to a really nice Chinese supermarket as well. Thank you Shuyi Tealicious staff!

order on ubers twice and they always forget to add tapioca. If you out of tapioca, just simply turn it off, why try to sell it?????

Good choices of bubble tea at reasonable prices. Had the special and black tea with mochi. Added boba and red beans to both. Each had their distinct taste and I would go back to try other pairings.
The only thing is the straw, cup and lid are all paper based. The straw deforms after a short time (not the store’s fault, just throwing it out there to see if there are better alternatives). The cup is not transparent and you cannot see the contents inside which I find is part of the joy of getting a bubble tea.

The recipe was not followed and it was served to me hot.

If you want to spend more than ten dollars to get two unpalatable drinks, then go to his house! The signature roasted grass jelly has no taste at all without adding any sugar. The clerk made the drink while looking at the ingredient list on the wall. The other cup tasted so bad that it felt like chewing on plastic.
I suggest friends who want to drink Shuyi to go to dt or chinatown. I can’t comment on the quality of this restaurant. I will never buy it again.

I came at the end of the afternoon to test this new address in Brossard after two years without being able to come back here. The person at the counter was very friendly and answered all my questions, and the black jello bubble tea with taro balls was really good: fruity, sweet and original! In terms of quality and price, it's very good, I advise you to go there :)

I can't say that I am too impressed with the service. Even though one of the waitress was super cheerful and energetic, the other team members were quite gloomy. They were still respectful, but it felt heavily that they did not want to be there. They have quite a great selection of drinks and the prices are pretty competitive to the other bubble tea stores. I like how they have a nice presentation for their drinks and it does taste pretty good. Their logo is also quite cute which makes the drink even more enjoyable.

It’s not delicious and the ingredients are small...it tastes different from other restaurants

I was really speechless. Last time I went to Ottawa to drink Orchid, it was very good. I saw that the South Bank was also on the market. I happily came over to buy it. It turned out that the tea taste was not the same at all. This cup was too unpleasant to drink. I wonder if different teas were used and this one What are those slimy lumps? It’s so disgusting. It’s crazy to sell this for more than five yuan.
