SIAM DIX30!!!! WHAT A DISASTER!!!!! So very embarrassing and humiliating. The management is unforgivable!!! They ruined my party last night. On Friday April 5th I reserved a table for 16 online and asked for confirmation for my reservation which would take place on the following Tuesday. I did not receive my confirmation for the group of 16. Therefore, I called the restaurant to confirm. They agreed to have us seated together and gave me the option of 3 menus and told me I had up until Sunday to confirm my choice. Same Friday afternoon I called the restaurant and asked for option 3. Yesterday, day of the gathering, I was greeted by my team standing at the entrance of the restaurant. They were all standing and waiting for our table for 15 minutes as the seating was not ready and they were not in the capability to serve us our choice of meal option 3 (which we took the time to choose). Management was not accommodating, nor showed any sign they wanted us to stay. We should have left then and there but we were a large group and people were already tired and hungry. It was a large group for me to move to a different location at 6h30 on a Tuesday evening. We were forced to make a quick decision at the entrance of the restaurant. SO SHAMEFULL!!! UNFORGIVING!!!! RESTAURANT WAS QUIET with plenty of room to spare and no one from the staff moved to accommodate my group. Talk about trying new places! It was getting late and I was put in the position to move the tables myself with the help of my group. There were 3 mistakes on our orders when we received our food and 2 mistakes later on our receipts (that we are aware of). The management showed no sympathy or willingness to accommodate our group. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO SIAM DIX30!!!!

The server was really nice but we waited a lot... Our starters arrived before our aperitif, not great. We had not finished our starters when the main course plates arrived. Bad coordination which means that it is not entirely interesting for the customer.For the meal, ok but nothing more.

Very good experience. Excellent meals, good portions. Beautiful decor.Good service also with the attention of bringing us a portion of cake for a birthday. Only small downside... I felt slightly rushed while the plates and cutlery were quickly removed from the table and we were made to pay before having finished our drinks as if there was a need for our table even though 'on a Wednesday evening, the restaurant is not full and we have barely been at the table for 1:15 hours. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.Dietary restrictions: I asked for peanut chicken and accompanying vegetables without onions, shallots, or chives and it was perfectly respectedParking: Easy to find nearby parking on a Wednesday evening

Disappointment, the food is no longer what it used to be. The Imperial rolls were too fried, they were hard and not very tasty. The beef curry was tough and not very tender, the basil rice was mushy and overly sweet and the cashew chicken was way too salty. Bad experience and this is the second time this has happened. There will be no third chance!

A terrace for the summer months is beautiful. Sangrias are delicious. Food has not disappointed time and time again.Definitely recommend. They brought a cake for the birthday boy as well. Friendly staff. EnjoyWheelchair accessibility: Elevator access to the second floor. No stairs to the dinning area. Enough space in-between tables to wheel-in.
