Worst starbucks store I have ever tried they prepared the drink wrong and they get offended because I told it was wrong they lady got mad for that and prepared the drink pissed. Not coming back I will go next time to the one in Solar.

Took 35 minutes to get the order for a chai latte and a regular black coffee. After 30 mins of wait. They hand me a latte instead of black coffee, i waited another 5-10 mins to get th black coffee. Employees are not focused, a manager should be there

Very non professionnel, the employee who kicked the garbage bin across the back bar, and the lack of food is unbelievable. Also to top this off the employee who had to reimburse me twice for not listening and talking under there breath! Very unprofessional and rude!

We had to wait too much to receive the order because of the lack of employees, but from the ordering, the whole experience is really awful!! They should hire some people that cares about the service

Tried to go on Saturday at 4pm. They wouldn't even let me in the door, said they were closing because they didn't have enough staff. There were still patrons inside. How can you be in a location as busy as the dix30 and not have staff! Will not be going back

Saturday drive through nightmare… Entered the line and proceeded to wait for 28 minutes! Late for work and no way to get out of the line. If they are this busy they should close the drive through.
I will say though. This is my daily stop for coffee and the employees are always lovely and coffee is consistently good. Its clearly a management issue…

Rude and inexperienced staff (except for Shier). The Barista twirled her eyes at me when I asked for a touch more milk. I stayed at Starbucks to have my coffee, which is the rule to receiving a free refill, but when I asked for the refill of regular coffee, she said that perk no longer applies. Dumb.🙄. Also, Cleanliness has really deteriorated including the horrible condition of the outside seating. Staff smokes right outside the door as well.
