We keep finding a note on door mid day that says closed. They're really not doing okaye 😳
If I could I would give 0 star . I come to this Starbucks every single days for many years and never had any issues . Yes something the drive thru takes time and I’ve waited a few times like 25-30 min to get my drink but this isn’t too much of an issue for me . But today I had the worst service by Felix who was rude and arrogant with me , I’ve never had in my whole life someone treating me like this , he didn’t want to complete my order , because he had to redo it twice already because it wasn’t done properly , I insisted that I wanted my order the way I asked and I said I was gonna pay extra for it I didn’t mind , 1$ extra is not an issue at all for me But his arrogance and rudeness and sarcasm was an issue for me .. Because that’s how it started my drink had ice in it and I said I have the ice already that they gave me just before he had to redo my drink because it was a small one hot but I wanted a large one cold , he said if I do that I have to charge you but in a very rude and Arrogant way , I said well that’s the first time they charge me extra for that but ok no problem I’ll pay the extra and then he came back give me a large cup that was half empty and I said I want to pay extra for it and I told him that he shouldn’t be working with the public if he can’t talk properly to customers without having an attitude because of the way he spoke to me . And that’s when he started to argue with me . I asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager isn’t here so I asked for the name of the manager and he said he didn’t know what it is , then I asked for his name and he tried to hide his tag but I saw it before he did , I told him I was going to contact Starbucks and make a complain about him because I never had any kind of issue at all at Starbucks especially not at this one , it was at the point that I was screaming because I was so furious at the situation and he kept telling I’m blocking the drive thru with his little attitude but I just wanted to have extra milk in my cup that I wanted to pay extra for , that btw I never had to pay an extra for it , like I said I don’t mind at all but even yesterday I bought the same thing and didn’t have to pay extra for it , he said it was a new policy that just started today . So then he processed to make me a refund thinking I wasn’t gonna do a complaint because I got my drink for free , which honestly I didn’t want to be refunded I just wanted to pay the extra to get my drink the way I get it everyday . So anyway , I will never again come to this Starbucks unfortunately , for the price of the coffee you would expect to have quality service , which wasn’t the case and I also made a complain to Starbucks directly .

I found a hair in my drink the other day, it's the second time this has happened! So disgusting, by far the worst Starbucks in the south shore.

Mostly great team. The leads are sharp and on point and the bar is always pumping things out
Devastating when I get to the counter in the morning when Sher. I always (without exaggeration) need to repeat or correct or just accept that my order is going to be wrong. The situation isn’t helped by the fact he’s absolutely miserable and iris he’s to get rid of the clients in front of him as though we were a major inconvenience.
Disappointing situation given the otherwise strong and lovely team on site.
Very slow service! I had a 50% coupon on the app and it took 5 mins until they figured how to apply it. Then to get my drink was another 20 mins wait, and once i got it, they didnt put the cold foam in the drink. When i asked the barista, she didnt want to redo it and i had to argue with her for her to redo it! Terrible service and rediculously long wait!

The coffee tastes good, the price/performance ratio is average, there were so many people, I had to wait for a long time, and the bathroom was clogged and no one cleaned it.

We went there for a not-so-complicated order: apple crumble oat milk latte as indicated on the poster with chai pumpkin oat milk latte. We had a cow's milk apple crisp latte and an iced pumpkin chai. When we specified that I did not want an iced chai the barista told me that chai is always iced! Faced with his insistence, I ended up saying that I would heat the chai at home....Never has an order been correctly completed in this Starbucks...
Order on the app….Wait 25 minutes for a coffee…is that normal? I love Starbucks products but not so much that I wait that long.

Worst Starbucks, 2 visits, 2 errors. No vanilla in my latte and they gave me the wrong egg bites. Very poorly prepared coffee and what's more they ask for type. Last time for me. I won't be fooled anymore.
