Very slow service! I had a 50% coupon on the app and it took 5 mins until they figured how to apply it. Then to get my drink was another 20 mins wait, and once i got it, they didnt put the cold foam in the drink. When i asked the barista, she didnt want to redo it and i had to argue with her for her to redo it! Terrible service and rediculously long wait!

We went there for a not-so-complicated order: apple crumble oat milk latte as indicated on the poster with chai pumpkin oat milk latte. We had a cow's milk apple crisp latte and an iced pumpkin chai. When we specified that I did not want an iced chai the barista told me that chai is always iced! Faced with his insistence, I ended up saying that I would heat the chai at home....Never has an order been correctly completed in this Starbucks...

I frickin love Starbucks and when they have amazing staff like Chloe, she is one of the most sweetest Starbucks worker I have ever encountered, she’s really good at engaging with customers and she complimented my outfit which really brought up my confidence I frickin love you Chloe she’s a keeper!!

This place is a joke. There was one customer in front of me, the store was empty, four on staff. I waited 10 minutes for my hot drink while the staff joked around, got distracted, chatted with each other helped other customers and completely forgot to finish making my cold beverage. It sat there for another five minutes ice melting, half made. When I asked for my money back instead of bothering to finish making my drink, they couldn’t understand why I was dissatisfied with my service. No one apologized, which is not surprising given their attitudes. There is no sense of customer service at this location, it’s clear the staff is there to socialize, not do their jobs. Don’t waste your time here. Go to the Starbucks on Tachereau.
