If I could give a zero stars. I would. I asked for a customized drink which I had ordered one million times at downtown. And on this Starbucks Brossard charged me way expensive without knowledging.

Espresso drinks with milk are all failures, milk is always burnt. The barista mentioned the machine is preset that way.. baristas aren’t real baristas, most are kids, button pushers who know nothing about coffee.
Came here today around 5:30 PM and ordered my usual drink in person. I waited about 20 minutes for this drink to be made while seeing all the drive-through cars get their drinks before me and while the two employees took their time making drinks very slowly and seemed as if they were in no rush. I can understand some cars having ordered before me, but not all cars did. The problem especially arised when two customers who ordered in-person after me, got their drinks before me (they were not mobile orders either). Keep in mind that it is Ramadan, the time to eat had passed and I waited even more time to break my fast because of the extremely slow service. No sort of compensation was offered either. Disappointing.
