I recently ordered a Venti latte with 2 extra shots, but it was actually disappointing to find that the cup was only filled about two-thirds of the way. I had to go back into the store to address the issue, and the cashier simply said "OK" with no apology, looking visibly annoyed. I worked as a barista for almost 3 years in Montreal, this store has some serious customer services issues. $8 a latte, you can do better than that Starbucks !

I have been using this Starbucks as a meeting place with one of my sales people. I love the location and the atmosphere. I see many people either working or meeting for business there. Highly recommended. There is an outdoor space that is also cosy.

Just go to the drive through directly; NEVER walk in and order in store! I was standing there for 10 minutes straight waiting for my order. They were so busy preparing the drive through orders and no one even care to start making my drink. Finally I can’t stand it anymore, and I went to ask when can I get my drink. They acted like I was not being understanding and told me that they are busy making drive through orders. Yes! The drive through orders that came WAY WAY WAY later than mine!! The girl started making my drink only after I asked and took her less than 30 seconds. There was no apology, no thank you for waiting. She gave me my drink with a straight face without saying a word. A total mess in their management and very unfriendly service!

I wish I could give 0 star to the cafe. You staff was really truly unprofessional !Today is my birthday but I didn’t receive the reward offer in my app. I went to this store and wanted if I could get the offer. The employee said I didn’t go to Starbucks ‘often’ enough to get the reward. I asked if I could buy a drink today and get the offer, she said no, one cup of drink is not enough to get the offer. What the hell is that? It is never the case that we have to spend ‘often’ in a store to have a birthday reward! Sephora doesn’t do that, Time Hortons doesn’t do that. If Starbucks does, it is just so cheap. In addition, how do you define often? Customers have to spend big hundreds at your store to get a free drink on their birthdays??? It’s great that you ruined your customer’s birthday and lost a customer. Really sucks Starbucks!!!

Its a Starbucks, ok no. Its a Tim hortons with starbucks decor, because it was a timhortons, then it closed down, and now its a Starbucks. The inside is grand and empty, not enough tables for the amount of people that sits there and remote work.
Some days you get really enthusiastic employees, other days, they look depressed.

Je donnes 1 étoiles mais cela est parce que je n'ai pas le choix. Nous sommes allés pour 2 refreshers à 16:15 le 15 août 2024 . 3 jeunes filles était en poste. Une d'entres elles portait son tablier de façon peu professionnel laissant fortement paraître sa poitrine visiblement non accompagné d'un soutien-gorge. Une de leur collègue était sur place avec son chien (ce qui ne m'a pas déranger car le chien était très calme et gentil) par contre, les filles sur place se sont préoccuper du chien bien avant de faire nos breuvages. Deux d'entres elles ont flatter le chien et n'ont pas laver leur main avant de recommencer à servir le drive et faire nos drinks. La fille du nom de Megan s'occupant du drive à fait nos drinks car les 2 autres parlait à leur collègue et se préoccupait du chien. La fille à la caisse a mal pris ma commande alors que j'ai bien mentionner 2 fois le drink alors sa collègue Megan a du recommencer. Ordinaire de passer après un chien et de laisser leur collègue tout faire alors qu'elle ne faisait rien. Normalement toujours un bon service mais celui-ci était des plus ordinaire.
