I am deeply upset and disturbed by the service I received. I drove through the drive-through with my toddler, who is just beginning to speak. While my toddler was talking in the back seat, I attempted to place my order — and instead of patience or basic respect, I was shocked to have my order flat-out refused.

The staff — a male and a female working at 8:20 PM on November 15, 2025 — told me to leave because they claimed the way my toddler was speaking was “inappropriate.” To treat any parent or child this way is completely unacceptable, but to single out a toddler for simply talking is beyond disrespectful.

I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and extremely disappointed that Starbucks staff would behave in such an unprofessional and insensitive manner.

Don’t ask Danika about your free refill!She’ll give you attitude and interrogate you how long you’ve been at the café ( 2 hours) because she didn’t see you. I understand that the service industry is a hard position to be in, but at the least, if approached politely, with kindness, and with respect, I expect it in return.

Worst experience here today I go here once a day today happens to be heavy in rain , naturally I don’t want to keep my window open and have a flood in my car so I closed my window and after a few minutes I opened it again to see if the employee was now ready to take the order . She once again said just a moment so I put my window up tired of getting it all inside and not being able to hear wether or not she will be talking i figured id go up to the window where no water can fall . Once there she opens the window with an attitude saying she told me twice to hold on as I tried to explain the reason for why I came foward she still had attitude and wouldn’t take my order. Won’t be spending that 350-400 a month at this location anymore .

I dont know if this Starbucks changed owner in the past months but the service is not the same of what it used to be. Longer waits, they take so long to answer in the drive thru, you can barely understand what they’re saying half of the time. Starbucks you can do better than this.

Because the machine problems, this store took me 50 CAD without receipt from gift card and refused to give me back my money. I talked to them a few times and the manager just said they can’t do nothing about it.

The cashier already admitted the problem is machine, but they refused to give back to me my money. They said someone will call me and no one does!

I feel truly disappointed about this store, just like a thief, stealing customer’s money!

The reputation of this store is only worth 50 CAD, good job!
