A bit slow to take our order maybe we weren't expressing ourselves clearly though the drive thru but they were so kind they gave us an extra delicious mocha drink

Worst experience here today I go here once a day today happens to be heavy in rain , naturally I donât want to keep my window open and have a flood in my car so I closed my window and after a few minutes I opened it again to see if the employee was now ready to take the order . She once again said just a moment so I put my window up tired of getting it all inside and not being able to hear wether or not she will be talking i figured id go up to the window where no water can fall . Once there she opens the window with an attitude saying she told me twice to hold on as I tried to explain the reason for why I came foward she still had attitude and wouldnât take my order. Wonât be spending that 350-400 a month at this location anymore .

Every time i come to this starbucks the staff is always so nice smiley and courteous. I enjoy the friendly greeting it never disappoints.

I dont know if this Starbucks changed owner in the past months but the service is not the same of what it used to be. Longer waits, they take so long to answer in the drive thru, you can barely understand what theyâre saying half of the time. Starbucks you can do better than this.

Because the machine problems, this store took me 50 CAD without receipt from gift card and refused to give me back my money. I talked to them a few times and the manager just said they canât do nothing about it.
The cashier already admitted the problem is machine, but they refused to give back to me my money. They said someone will call me and no one does!
I feel truly disappointed about this store, just like a thief, stealing customerâs money!
The reputation of this store is only worth 50 CAD, good job!

Me and my partner order around 8:00 p.m. 8:15 p.m. and it takes 5 to 10 minutes before being served but it's okay we understand, I make ground Verona coffee she drops the bag....well it doesn't matter I give it to her another and then we order two drinks an americano and a large dragon fruit lemonade but there is a mistake it's with coconut milk so I tell her politely and she gets angry telling me WELL NEXT TIME SAY IT... .she looks at me with knives in her eyes and I did absolutely nothing to deserve that, I was cheated! Afterwards my partner told me that she kicked in the door of the back store to go and talk about We were in trouble and she was shouting...in short I even left a tip...we have been super nice customers for years and we don't deserve that...very aggressive as a woman who works in customer service!
