This store has horrible service, I walked in today to get my order which is 3 foot long subs which even says on the receipt and he only gave me 2 and made the other one without even grilling the subs. When I came back home I saw he messed up my order by making 2 of the same subs and 1 missing and I couldn’t even get a refund because the subway app doesn’t have a place to complain! Horrible work and service!

I've been living next to this subway for the last 21years, back then it was good, and quick.
I don't usually leave reviews, but the location is questionable now. I've order 3 times through the app (within 2 weeks since they had a promo). Always out of tuna (manager told me they don't have mayonnaise, for 2weeks???)
The sandwich were barely full, stingy on the toppings. out of the 2 times I ate, got a stomachache.

don’t usually leave reviews, but don’t order from here off of DoorDash/Uber. This location is not clean at all it’s disgusting and the staff could care less about making consumable sandwhiches.

I ask for tantoori sauce and they put Nashville sauce instead and when I ask for a new one or a refund they said that sauce doesn't exist and to come back tomorrow

Complete disaster at this location, I got robbed. I placed the order through the app, the store accepted it then of course charged my credit card. I go to the store, 2 rude ladies told me they don't have what I ordered (a simple sandwich). I asked to refund me because my card was charged because there is NO way to cancel it through the app. No can't refund. I requested them to contact manager. They then spoke foreign language to each other. Very rude. Manager says the same. No solution. Why take the order in the first place? Wait, no solution? Just refund me !!! It's simple. It's literally daytime robbery if you pay and don't get the goods. Have to take them to court to refund for a sandwich? What an abusive situation. They treat customers like dirt.

3 bowls of Teryaki Chicken served without salad or tomatoes because no more products at 7 p.m.! The rice was served in small quantity and it was not cooked. 3 flavorless teryaki chicken salads purchased for 43 dollars, the bowls were very lightly garnished compared to other Montreal Ottawa subways. I consider this to be incorrect.

Despite numerous repetitions, unable to follow the recipe for the submarine act proposed on the poster. Doesn't know the breads and their names, passes customers in disorder. It was a rout. Oh yes, the bread and meat were dry and the end result left a big mess on all levels of the paper. ???

One of the worst subways I've seen! The lettuce is old and wet just like the spinach. The sauce bottles were empty. Additionally, the tables were dirty. Terrible. Go to another subway.

Unsanitary restaurant, there are insects in the biscuit container (advice to never eat their biscuit
risk of getting sick and catching corona) but the employee was very kind and friendly.
