Sushi Sama Brossard (intersection Blvd Rome)

The price is pretty affordable for the sushi. I do feel like some combos are a bit overpriced but most items are pretty reasonable. The food itself is pretty tasty. The ingredients are pretty fresh and decent cuts are served. They aren't cheaping out on the size of the cuts for the lower prices. I really enjoyed their homemade soya sauce which has a great flavour of umami and a great balance of saltiness and sweetness. The flavours were so on point it complemented the sushi so well. The pokebowl on the other hand, I feel like it was a good portion for the price but the protein was a bit lacking. The meat was tender and overall had good flavours but I would have preferred a bit more meat.

Doesn’t respect Uber protocol to put delays on orders. Second time in 2 days I’ve arrived to restaurant hasn’t started to orders and want me to wait 25-30 min. It’s not complicated to add a delay on the app so Uber stops sending drivers. I’ll remove the review when the employees follow protocol.

Workers who are disrespectful on the phone and not very hardworking. An incredible waiting time of +2 hours. We called and were told it still wasn't ready. We had to cancel the order which was also complicated to do. Not the first time this has happened.

Terrible Service – Do Not Recommend

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sushi Sama on Valentine’s Day. After placing an order 2 hours prior via Uber Eats, I called to check on the status. They assured me they would rush it and prepare it immediately—only for them to cancel the order 30 minutes later with no explanation.

If they couldn’t fulfill orders, they should have blocked them ahead of time, like other responsible businesses did. Instead, they wasted hours of my time on a special occasion. Unreliable, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable service. I will not be going back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Ratio of actual fish/filling to rice is far and above any chain style "sushi" counter. I orderd by phone ( simple 20piece lunch box) was very very fresh ( made to order) ready in 10 min at lunchtime on a saturday Portion of salmon was 5 times what you get at grab and go places. Super friendly staff as well. In -out ..cant ask for much more.

This is our favorite place to order sushi!
Very good quality and quantity of fish. It's not just rice!
Note the service is also very friendly.
In our last order, there was a driver issue on the app and the order was canceled. We recommended it immediately and what a pleasant surprise to have had a little note from the restaurant thanking us. In addition to excellent sushi.

Sushi Shop atmosphere lol 3 or 4 stools... a sushi Shop lol the problem is that I look online it says open and I come up against a closing door... change of schedule? Closure? Otherwise the sushi is good! Consider ordering by telephone as it is often very busy!!!

The sushi is always good and fresh. You still have to wait a bit when you go to pick up and ask for a specific time, but the food is worth it.
