Probably the worst Poke I’ve ever had. We ordered online and selected brown rice and picked up our food with brown rice mentioned on the receipt but we got white rice. After going back and simply asking if we could get brown rice on the side, they told us they do not have brown rice at their location but that’s what we selected on their website and shown on our receipt. We also ordered one bowl with extra salmon and it has the same quantity as the bowl without the extra! Overall small portion sizes and expensive for the little that you get. I’d recommend searching for another poke place if you can.

I regularly go to Sushi Shop locations and have never experienced anything like this. I simply asked for a bit more sauce, and they flat-out refused — telling me I “already had enough” and that I’d have to pay extra if I wanted more. Super rude and unprofessional. Since when is it a problem for a customer to ask for a bit more sauce?

On top of that, the bowl was half empty. As you can see in the photo: barely any rice, literally 2 tiny slices of avocado, a handful of lettuce, and a small portion of salmon. And of course — they’ve raised their prices while cutting back on quantity.

Honestly, just go to another location where the service is polite and the portions are fair. This one is not worth it.

Weird service, expensive.
Why weird? Because they know I don’t speak French and keeps speaking French. I asked for a English Menu using English, and they keep speaking French until I said pls speak English. Then two minutes later they continue talking French to me.
Also why 5 pieces of Sushi cost near 10 after tax?

We were starving and ordered takeout from the sushi spot. Got the Combo Mix & Twist—so good with the Dragon Eye Sumomaki, Teriyaki Chicken Maki, and Akanasu Hosomaki. The Combo Baby on Board was fire, and the Chef's Choice - Deluxe was amazing.

Also tried the Chocolate-Banana Bomb, which hit the spot.

Heads up, though: they said it’d be ready in 10 minutes, but when we showed up, they said there was a system glitch and it’d take another 30 minutes.

Definitely call ahead if you don’t want to wait.

I just ordered a Poke Bowl to go. It’s stale salad, rice and maybe 10 little pieces of salmon. Instead of making me the Spicy mayo dressing, they gave me soy sauce and mayo from a leftover sushi order. It was terrible and I paid $25 including tip. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

$47 with tip for two pokebol and a bottle of water...barely rice, lots of salad, few toppings.
When we asked to add onion greens, because they didn't include any... they added 2 small pieces...
We are used to Sushi shops... but 10/30... very ordinary.

Sushi was cut badly, dull knives.
The salmon was more yellow than orange.
They are greedy with soy sauce.
The employee gives me a bad look when I asked to separate the sushi in different boxes then after all that the employee has the audacity to ask for tip implying that we should have tipped...
This is why I stopped coming tu sushi shop yeaaaaarssss ago, I only came because Sushi Sama is closed for the week for renovations or something...
