This is usually one of my favorite places but not with the last time we went. It's like they prioritize take out orders and make people at the restaurant wait an hour to get their food. They used to serve everything so beautifully and this time everything was just put on the table, no nice dishes, just trying to get whatever they could out. These are the best sushi on the South Shore of Montreal (and even beyond!). But what's more, the staff is incredibly friendly! The chef takes the time to chat to us while working and he is always smiling. I've been going there for 20 years, and the quality is still there! But I admit that I have a weakness for the sushi of the current chef-owner, whom I knew at Yasu in La Prairie! Delicious!
