Although the food was not bad, the orders were not right. We had no tofu in one order. We had no shrimp in another order (which I paid almost $6.00 for) and hardly any beef in another order. So for $67.00, it's pretty disappointing.

If i could i would put -1 star. They stole 2 $ tip from my debit card without my consent and when I asked for toilet paper for their bathrooms, he shrugged his shoulders and told me no! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, NEVER GO !-Side note the sandwiches right beside at Quiznos in the same food court is way better and nicer people!

Ordered chicken and shrimp pad Thai and guess what no shrimp...Ordered another pad Thai and oops no tofu...Food cold and flavorless. Seriously a disappointing experience.If you can go to the Thai express in Champlain Mall. Much better service, and food is way better. They can also get the orders right without any mistakes.Seriously not impressed.

Avoid this location.Vegetables in dish were uncooked (potatoes) and cold. Got a side order of 4 whole wings but received 3 half wings for 5.50. Guy did not tell me that amount was decreases and not what was shown in picture. Refused to refund me.

Sticky tables and floor.Filthy and neglected bathrooms.Unfriendly staff that barely speaks or understands French or English.The beef looked like it was finely chopped.And the fried rice had a taste of burned oil.This Thai Express branch is a place to stay away from.

I want to file a formal complaint against your Thai Express restaurant staff member located at Quartier DIX30, 9380 Boulevard Leduc, Brossard, Quebec J4Y 0B3The lady at the cash counter harassed and terrified our 3 kids of age 4-5 years. She screamed at them and used abusive words to them in front of many other customers who were present at the spot. Our kids got terrified by this incident and were crying inconsolably afterwards. This incident shocked our kids to the core and harassed them mentally.When we asked her the reason for scaring kids away, she started screaming at us too instead of apologizing.We want you to take disciplinary action against this Thai express staff member otherwise we will have to file a police complaint.

Best place on earth if you come across the lady that works during the week. If it's the owner... Not so much. When the owner is there, portions are much smaller. She can't remember my order even though I go there once a week for over a year. No, I don't need the receipt either. Why would I? Also, owner kicked my friend and I out because I ordered Thai, but my friend has allergies so he brought something from somewhere else. Horrible person.
Messed up my uber eats order. And the staff doesn't speak any of the official languages.

Quality and cleanliness levels are falling consistently.They are lazy and just want to get rid of customers as soon as possible.Tables and chairs are dirty.Last 2 orders had hardly any gravy.Last order was incorrect. Gave me the wrong chicken.Get your act together !I doubt they care!

I just ordered with Doordash a Chicken Tom Yum soup. I got lots of noodles and beef. Almost no broith and the broith is NOT tom yum. The cilantro was old and had no taste. It was a huge desapointment. I will never order from this branch again. Learn the correct recipe from the franchises.
