I went there with my friend and my friend ordered a PAD THAI and the lady at the cash repeated her order to her and asked if the pad Thai is spicy or not and she said no. My friend received pad sew and when my friend told the lady at the cash that she ordered pad Thai not pad sew she said they couldn’t change it or even refund her and she wasted 16$ for this lady to get the order wrong and have the audacity to say that my friend can pay for another order. Refunds and mistakes should be corrected. This Thai express lost 2 customers.

I have ordered the Thai version of fried rice several times in this restaurant, a dish supposed to contain tomatoes and pineapple, as specified in the description. Unfortunately, these ingredients are systematically absent (see photos). I reported the problem via the Jotform form, and I have been told for several weeks now that the matter is under investigation. This situation has become recurring and unacceptable: I never receive what I ordered, and customer service is non-existent, leaving me to wait indefinitely.

I bought a general tao with pineapple, and while I was eating, I noticed that there was a hair in my food. Very unpleasant situation. I asked the lady for a refund and she told me that they don't give refunds for this kind of situation. It’s a shame, it doesn’t make you want to go there anymore.
