Second time around.The food is good but the owner/waiter is very cold,unfriendly and don't even put a smile at both times.I should have given him much less tip,he didn't deserve it 🥴 Not sure I will come back again

This small place offered comforting phở soup. The decor was simple, bright and very clean. The service was novice. The phở Tái was good, with soft light-textured noodles, but the broth was overpowered by star anise. The cà phê sữa đá lacked the bold flavor expected of a traditional Vietnamese coffee.

Be careful of your soups. Found a dead fly, owner said it come from outside because backdoor was open and did not assume responsbility. Lack of customer service and clealiness.
