Tim Hortons generally has a hard time, but I absolutely won't order this one again. The absence of a drive-thru service is already unfavorable to the overall concept of Tim's, but it is a branch that does not respect the value agreement established for Too Good To Go, by passing on its old donuts and timbits in poor condition , month after month (ordered one box a month or so this year and the last three were identical and poor quality) and the fresh ones bought at full price are no better.

Very bad service. The employees are new and left to their own devices. We ordered 3 coffees with 3 different requests for additions inside. A guy prepared 2 and asked the girl to make the 3rd and she served the other customers instead of making our 3rd which meant we waited 10 minutes. Plus, they didn't write down the coffees even though I asked her to do so. When she finally did she made a mistake and gave the wrong grades. Then I went to the bathroom and it was very obvious that the place hadn't been cleaned in a long time (see photo). On the right there is a circled spot with a small scrape of 1cm.. I pushed the gunk with my fingernail. Repugnant.

The only downside is that their hot chocolate is super sweet, you have to be careful and only leave the store when you confirm that it is correct for you.

Never seen such a ridiculous timing not only does it close at 10 a.m. but when I arrive at 8 a.m. (2 hours before closing) the cashier tells me that they no longer make sandwiches because there are two of them it closes at 10 a.m.????? I asked what the connection was and she told me that she would do the cleaning? I worked in the kitchen it doesn't take 2 hours to make a close. In short, I don't understand why the owner is so keen not to make cash by stopping making sandwiches 2 hours before or it's just the cashier who wasn't down.
