For someone who is new to this country and still doesn't speak French, the experience with a cashier who doesn’t speak English made me feel like I had a disability or was illiterate. If you don’t speak French, you're treated as if something is wrong with you — they get angry at every question and respond in a very rude way.
Guys, we are clients 😅 We're coming in and paying money to receive good service. There are many people out there who are smart, kind, and bilingual — English and French. Why not hire them instead of these rude employees?

Tim Hortons generally has a hard time, but I absolutely won't order this one again. The absence of a drive-thru service is already unfavorable to the overall concept of Tim's, but it is a branch that does not respect the value agreement established for Too Good To Go, by passing on its old donuts and timbits in poor condition , month after month (ordered one box a month or so this year and the last three were identical and poor quality) and the fresh ones bought at full price are no better.

Never ordering again from this particular Tim. No drive-through is already bad considering the whole Tim concept, but this particular store doesn't meet the expected value for Too Good to Go, slinging stale donuts and timbits in those boxes, month after month (ordered one about each month and always the same bad box those last three times) and the "fresh" full-priced ones don't taste any better.
