Usually when the group of elderly women are working, it goes so smooth. They work very hard and always get my order on time. Unfortunately on the weekends when I show up early mote often, there is just a bunch of clowns who have no clue wth theyre doing. And they'll serve 12 people before I have to stop someone and say you know You have an Online order from 20 minutes ago. Im still waiting And they will still mess up the order half the time. Sandwiches are never toasted anymore, coffee isnt changed, rarely ever fresh. And I never get my sleeves unless I specifically ask. Just sad that nobody is being trained anymore just to pay attention to the online order screen, when ppl order 20+ minutes in advance. Cmon. Pay attention!!! Poor old ladies dont deserve 1 star, but this place as a whole. Lame.

This afternoon ordered 2 Tim matins, one saucisse one bacon, just waiting. This tall blond young man with Blue shirt were making it, one customer after me ordered one farmer wrap matin, he got his before my, the staff personnel know this customer, I guess the only possible but unlikely explanation is this customer ordered a meatless wrap, otherwise I should be getting my before his.
Another time, I saw this girl behind counter picking her nose while making a sandwich.
