The morning team was actually working. That is a first. They were having fun while working. Store is spotless. Employees cleaning theyr station regulary.... during the 2 mintutes I was there.Unlike several restaurants i visited where the employees are chilling instead of working, leaving the store dirty. Keep up the good work.

Really no respect for the customer. Honestly, the surprise when I saw the TiMatin that I got yesterday. There was a huge hole in the bread. The cheese stuck to your finger because it was so poorly made. I'm not surprised, you have to be seriously incompetent to do a job like that.

Do not go to this TIM 30 min before the time they close since they will tell you they are closed. I arrived at 8:47 p.m. when it closes at 9 p.m., I waited outside for 5 minutes because he had closed the gas station door that leads to Tim. When I finally managed to acknowledge my presence to the Tim's employee who was cleaning, he told me that it was closed at 8:52 p.m.... Not very impressive… the service.

You have to go to bed late to get there. However, the door is locked at 3:20 p.m. and the sign says open. So many people had to turn around

I really love giving nice reviews as I feel good enjoying nice food and great service.
All perfect at this Tim Hortons, super clean, super attentive staff, fast service and the food was really well done.
A well deserved 5 stars.
Definitely recommend and will be back next time I am in the area.

I ask for a wrap without tomatoes because I'm allergic but the cashier doesn't note it.

The girl who makes the food says to me, do you mind, I'm just having them removed.
I tell him no I'm allergic
Said: nice excuse, I'm tired of these things

one of the best tims at the drive-thru. Fast, efficient, never an error in orders, courteous and orders are always impeccable. Thanks to the work team, you are really on the mark. I'm always gone in less than 5 minutes! For busy mornings, it's really appreciated.

very bad service. While I'm taking my order, I hear shouting from behind, so not able to properly give my order. I request a change in my order, because there is an error (nothing serious) an employee argues that she made the order in the first place (I would like to point out that despite the change of order, there was still a error, but I kept it to avoid any argument)

Toilet maintenance almost non-existent. The toilets are often dirty. There hasn't been any soap for months. I buy coffee there every day. I even bothered to open the soap dispenser and like magic it closed without anyone putting soap in it. Welcome to 2024
