Je venais tous les matins pour prendre mon café et mon sandwich jusqu’au jour où ils m’ont servi de la “merde” !! J’ai commandé au service au volant un Timatin avec un morceau de pain grand comme mon pouce!!!! Je suis entré à l’intérieur pour me le faire remplacer ou rembourser mais le monsieur qui prenait les commande ne voulait plus savoir de moi.

Have made a mobile order twice, because I am in a rush.

Both times, the order was not ready and the staff didn’t even seem aware of it - so I had to wait in line to ask for my order and then wait for it.

It’s currently 2:59 and I just received the order I scheduled for 2:30

So far I have never seen such an unprofessional employees. They don't even know how to prepare an order. Mutiple time my ice coffee has been without syrop, or alot alot of cream that i left it wasent an ice coffee but cream drink. Please let them know how to properly do something.

Je suis arrivée à 21h vendredi soir (fermeture à 22 h) à la succursale du Boul. Leduc à Brossard. Je commande une pizza, on me répond qu’il n’y en a plus. Un sandwich. Même chose. On me répond qu’ils ne servent que des beignes et des muffins à cette heure-là. Je vais à la salle de bain avant de rebrousser chemin… tellement sale et zéro papier de toilette.

Very slow service in rush time, messed up my orders constantly, first branch ever to tell me I can’t choose my timbits and I have to take them mixed, barely understandable language of employees half of the time (French and English). The worst Tims I’ve ever been to, thank god I don’t work nearby anymore, big relief)
