Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in.
Very low choice of pastry available.
But the worst was the bathroom.
I don't know what they are doing because it is dirty with piss everywhere on the bowl (old dry piss and new wet piss too).

And (I'm still baffled by this) the bathroom door doesn't even lock !
It's broken and doesn't lock.
I had a guy walk up on me while I was busy...

Very very bad Tim Hortons franchise.

Ordered online and was not ready even after 30 minutes. I am not sure that the staff was able to understand when I asked questions but tried there best am sure. Won't return there and won't recommend either.

Je venais tous les matins pour prendre mon café et mon sandwich jusqu’au jour où ils m’ont servi de la “merde” !! J’ai commandé au service au volant un Timatin avec un morceau de pain grand comme mon pouce!!!! Je suis entré à l’intérieur pour me le faire remplacer ou rembourser mais le monsieur qui prenait les commande ne voulait plus savoir de moi.

Great service and very friendly staff when you order your coffee it is very fast always clean when I get in

Have made a mobile order twice, because I am in a rush.

Both times, the order was not ready and the staff didn’t even seem aware of it - so I had to wait in line to ask for my order and then wait for it.

It’s currently 2:59 and I just received the order I scheduled for 2:30

The famous Nutella donut is real shit!! Dry, a tiny bit of Nutella on top and nothing inside, just paste!

So far I have never seen such an unprofessional employees. They don't even know how to prepare an order. Mutiple time my ice coffee has been without syrop, or alot alot of cream that i left it wasent an ice coffee but cream drink. Please let them know how to properly do something.

Restaurant that no longer serves hot meals more than an hour before closing. Very disappointing! Might as well be closed at 9 p.m. as to no longer serve sandwiches.

Rude service. The employee refused to offer me what I wanted under the pretext that they no longer have any or that they no longer make them for several items that I wanted to order, while she gave it to the one behind me.
