If it’s 15 minutes wait to get a coffee… then i would say it’s quite long wait for coffee and donuts. Maybe they should open 2 cash instead of 1 cash when they have a line up of customers all the way from the cash to the door?

I asked the cashier what soup they had available and she said chicken noodle soup and broccoli soup. I choose broccoli soup with the rest of my order.

When I sat at my table, the soup was completely cold. I went back to the cashier to ask them to change it, she said they had no more soup and this was only the soup left. She offered to heat it up and I had no problems with that.

The one I have an issue with is the manager. He started yelling at me and even refusing to give me the soup the cashier was reheating. I was livid and if I could give a negative review I would. 😡

Extremely disappointing experience today. I placed a simple in store order for a BLT sandwich and ended up waiting over 15 minutes while watching drive-thru orders being prioritized non-stop. It’s very clear that this location only cares about car customers, if you’re inside, you’re invisible. When I raised my concern, the manager came over, and instead of addressing the real issue (poor prioritization and management) she turned to the young lady preparing sandwiches and told her to “be faster,” even though she was clearly working at full speed and doing her best. This is a management failure, not a staff issue. Customer service is about fairness and respect, not just speed at the drive-thru window.
Ignoring walk-in customers is not just unfair, it's bad business.
Hope this place seriously rethinks how they treat people who actually walk in.

I live just around the corner and visit this location between 10 to 15 times weekly since its opening. During all these many times, today was the first time I was yelled at because my daughter asked for a bagel after we had ordered just 2 coffees at the drive-thru machine. The tiny lady at the window yelled at me saying I had to go back again because orders were not taken at the window. Even when she was clearly being extremely rude in her manners, I replied politely asking to make an exception since we were also the only ones there at that moment. She said, No, these are the rules, next time order e everything when you come! to which I said I will post this and speak to a manager. The rules I understand, but the terrible manners, the lack of empathy and the inexistence of customer service are pushing me to find another regular location. I have to add that a lady in the back, got the bagel and brought it immediately to which I am deeply grateful. Customer service and Empathy should be qualities found on front liners.

Completely unacceptable behavior from the manager.
I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism in a restaurant. The manager Zahra was openly yelling at employees in front of customers, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone. It was honestly disturbing to witness. On top of that, she was rude and dismissive toward customers no respect, no courtesy, just a bad attitude all around. If this is how the place is run, it’s no surprise the service and experience were terrible. Management needs serious training or replacement. I was a regular customer before that there was a manager named Sayeed and everything was perfect.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in.
Very low choice of pastry available.
But the worst was the bathroom.
I don't know what they are doing because it is dirty with piss everywhere on the bowl (old dry piss and new wet piss too).

And (I'm still baffled by this) the bathroom door doesn't even lock !
It's broken and doesn't lock.
I had a guy walk up on me while I was busy...

Very very bad Tim Hortons franchise.
