Shitty service!!!! Make me pay for things I didn't ask for, gives me a cold morning.
One morning I asked the worker there and told me there were no more eggs. The food is expired and cold. Staff yell at customers and refuse to admit their mistakes.

We stopped going to this Tim's because of terrible service however in the last few months we have returned because of excellent service and better prepared food. We have appreciated bring served by a young man with dark colored hair (I am sorry I didn't catch his name). He is polite, efficient, quick, helpful and bilingual. We will be tell8ng our family and friends.

I called around 7 p.m. to find out what time Tim Hortons closed and was told that it closes at 10 p.m. (the drive-through). I arrived at 9:30 p.m. and was told that they had already closed the cash registers. I have no time to waste and if I call it’s for a reason.

I ordered at the drive-thru this morning. Arriving at the payment counter, I indicate that I wish to use my points to pay via the application. The cashier takes her scan, looks at it, and tells me it doesn't work. I wait for the rest and she says to me: how do you pay?

I tell him that I would like to use my points, but if not, can I apply a discount from the application? She shrugs and hands me the terminal, full price.

Very ordinary service. We are made to pay for broken systems.

Will never ever come back and order at this Tim Hortons the man, claiming to be a manager dressed up in a dirty hoodie with no hairnet, not even shaved, very rude and Obnoxious I do work at the restaurant and I know what service is. This wasn’t service at all. I do not recommend coming and ordering from Tim Hortons. Very very disappointed.
