5 days a week usually im taking 1 coffee in morning, but now i stoped coffee from here, because the person that making the coffee in true drive he dont know about the coffee when I get the coffee it's like water test some it's with 4 or extra sugar have too thought it. Very sad for this branch.

Horrible they charge you first and then tell you they don't have your order and charge you 7$ for a different bread with just lettuce and tomato in it . Horrible customer service. Never coming here again.

Shitty service!!!! Make me pay for things I didn't ask for, gives me a cold morning.
One morning I asked the worker there and told me there were no more eggs. The food is expired and cold. Staff yell at customers and refuse to admit their mistakes.

We stopped going to this Tim's because of terrible service however in the last few months we have returned because of excellent service and better prepared food. We have appreciated bring served by a young man with dark colored hair (I am sorry I didn't catch his name). He is polite, efficient, quick, helpful and bilingual. We will be tell8ng our family and friends.

I called around 7 p.m. to find out what time Tim Hortons closed and was told that it closes at 10 p.m. (the drive-through). I arrived at 9:30 p.m. and was told that they had already closed the cash registers. I have no time to waste and if I call it’s for a reason.
