God forbid this customer service ! Id rather starve than eat here.
Always fresh??? Serve the old woman's bagels and muffins...drop the food on the floor and put it back in the muffin rack and the supervisor Medhi says it's the rules to put it back in eeeee what can you show me where the rules are??? An employee left immediately that day, I take my hat off to him for standing up to his own supervisor. This supervisor should learn to work as a team instead of spending time on his cell and watching his employee work....and this from a client who went there every day and since Sylvia left I simply couldn't.

To forget. This chain, which was once a monument in the city landscape, has been completely abandoned.The service went from mediocre to “sloppy”. No change in almost 10 years.
