Always fresh??? Serve the old woman's bagels and muffins...drop the food on the floor and put it back in the muffin rack and the supervisor Medhi says it's the rules to put it back in eeeee what can you show me where the rules are??? An employee left immediately that day, I take my hat off to him for standing up to his own supervisor. This supervisor should learn to work as a team instead of spending time on his cell and watching his employee work....and this from a client who went there every day and since Sylvia left I simply couldn't.

Horrible service. Rude and uninterested staff. A worker my mom often sees (and very much so dislikes) served me today. I went inside and he was taking a mans order, he paid and moved to the side, I moved up and he had already taken his phone out and started texting. He made me wait at least 15 seconds and he slowly put his phone in his front pocket and looked up with a straight face waiting for me to tell him what I would like. No greeting or smile NOTHING. Ps the coffee also has a weird taste as if the machines haven’t been cleaned in a HOT minute.

Dirty with garbage left on the floor. I stepped on a piece of wrapper and fell. No staff came to see if I was okay. Even tried to hide the evidence and said it's not their fault.

Their iced coffees are literally mud water. They probably keep it in their machines for days, because that is literally what it tastes like. Often times, they forget to add sugar or milk, and it's just never the same taste or the same color. The workers look like they don't want to be there, maybe owners should do something about that.

It’s been one month since their panini machine has stopped working and they choose to offer everything that needs it cold and uncooked instead without any sort of compensation. Just complete garbage. If there were another coffee place on my way to work I would never stop here again.
