An amazing employee who works there I think his name was Kian. He’s so funny and really helpful. Keep the great work yung man 👍🏻

If I could give zero stars I would. The employee making my food had no hair net, had their long hair down and he kept touching his hair and his face before making the food without gloves on. If the franchise owner checks the cameras for this afternoon they will see their employee grabbing all the ingredients with their bare hands. Lettuce, chicken, tortillas, etc…Gross. He also made both my drinks incorrectly and the coffee was clearly old. My receipt was not offered. I had to demand it.

I finally understand the Gen Z stare! Such an unpleasant interaction. I walked up to the counter to be greeted with a stare, and I thought ok 2 can play this game, but the kid didnt say a word, just stared at me and finally I asked if I could order. Honestly I felt like a digital interaction would have been better than this, consider seriously training them on like a basic greeting to customers.

I visited this Tim Hortons today and ordered two coffees at the drive-thru. The woman taking my order had a noticeably impatient and unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction.
When I asked for an extra cup of ice, she said it would cost 25 cents — something I’ve never been charged for at any other Tim Hortons location. Then, when I politely requested a tray to carry my coffees, she responded with a very rude tone, saying I should have mentioned it earlier at the ordering screen.
Instead of trying to “educate” your customers on how to place their orders, maybe focus more on providing basic courtesy and good service first. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be returning to this location

Don’t waste your time at this Tim Hortons. The employee that served me had zero customer service skills. I ordered a large French Vanilla. She served me a medium. When I kindly asked her if she charged me a large since thats what I had ordered, she kept arguing with me and insisting that I ordered a medium. Never again will I go there.
I buy here at least twice a week
This is the best Tim Hortons in the area. Kudos to the manager and employees, you can tell they care about their job. Always fresh, rarely any errors, food is always tightly wrapped and prepared, the also provide an excellent service
Those are rare features for a Tim Hortons nowadays
