Saturday September 3, 2022, around 11:50 a.m., I went through the drive-thru of this Tim Hortons. I ordered a coffee and specified that I wanted it hotter because it had happened in the past that it was cold. The employee responded very impolitely saying that their coffee was always hot. Then, I went to the first window to pay and asked him to add more cream because it was a broad coffee and I wanted it less dark. She cut me off by saying I have to say it when I order and she closed the window when I spoke. In the end she didn't even add the cream and gave me a lot of attitude. Very rude and disrespectful. Worst customer service.

Rude, disrespectful cashier. Said that it opens at 6 a.m. on Sunday while the cashier says it opens at 7:30 a.m.... I then tell her "I'll wait 5 minutes no problem" and with attitude she replies "I won't serve you even after 7:30". Unbelievable.
Huge lack of respect, she almost made my friend cry. The manager should review his team or simply close this tim

Never open always close no matter what time I spend
I give it a 4 because during the week in the morning the service is impeccable. Courteous employees and fast service. On the other hand I would have given it a 5 but due to the service on the weekend I removed a star. Sad service at the weekend otherwise non-existent because today Sunday still closed despite the fact that I was told yesterday that it was open. The employee was behind but not open at 10:30.

I ordered a worker's wrap and a coffee. 20 minutes later I arrived at my office and ohh surprise!! The lady at Tim Hortons forgot to give me the wrap. The service is still deplorable. I'll leave you my comment to come later and get a refund. April 3,2023
