Extremely slow service

If I could give 0 I would, bowl was half empty, they don’t have half the things in the menu, the girl at cash refused to speak English to any of the customers, didn’t even have hot chocolate, which seems like an easy fix but she refused to make any more. Don’t ask if you want the receipt

Very bad experience, the owner has no respect towards clients. Students who come here at lunch are forced to wait outside while other clients are aloud to come in. Waiting time is very long. Very impolite.

Had a good experience at this Tim Hortons until now. The wraps were well-prepared and delicious, and the staff was friendly. I understand that feedback can vary depending on the person who prepared the food at that particular time.

Very very bad experience. I ordered in app, and I stand at the correct place for at least 10 min but no one call me. I have to ask someone if he can find my order in the system. He answered and disappeared. After 5mins I got my coffee and after another 10mins finally I got my sandwich. It’s terrible I waste 30 mins here. If it takes so long what’s the meaning of ordering in advance? Staff are not professional at all, definitely need some trainings. Won’t come again.

The service is incredibly disappointing. I was first in line with no one ordering and it took 15 min for me to be called up. The staff has absolutely zero training aside the fact that there is no hello they are chewing gum and handling phone calls while taking orders, I ordered and moka ice cap and had to remind the lady working twice what I had orders just to receive an unstired drink. I’m certain the only reason this place is still in business is because this is one of the two only fast foods near a high school

I would have given a better review but there is always a guy indoors who doesn’t let people ( students from a school nearby) in because “we don’t have Enuf personnel and there is to much people inside” when there are literally 5 persons in the hole building

Each time you go they are out of something. A poorly run kitchen, machines often broken, last couple of times they pour cream by hand from a mug instead of dosing it as an example. Don't stop here unless you have no other options.

Tim's used to be a great place to eat,good service ,amazing coffee and the donuts were perfect. But now .oh men what a horrible place .this location is the worst,the food is a waste of money. The coffee cold and tasteless .and the service unprofessional. The prices show on display are not the same at the register. Obviously higher when you pay. Bad experience all the way. Avoid it if you can.

Don't go the this Tim Hortons. Waiting time is forever, employee do not greet, ice cap machine works 50% of the time. Not clean. Drive thru not fast. Timbit dry. Worst experience. Employees need training.
