A girl working there made us wait for one of our orders without telling us whether it would be ready soon or not. She was constantly talking, as if she were on a phone call. We had to ask a guy who was working with her instead. So unprofessional.

I ordered a club Tim and saw the person making my sandwich drop the bread and pick it up after and still decided to hand it to me, I said I saw what happened I asked to speak with the manager and he said it was him himself. He also had an attitude and lied about it when I’ve seen it myself… I do not recommend this place at all, i’m so disappointed I also noticed there’s plenty of flies all over the donuts. I’m never going back there ever again.

Farmers wrap had not 1 not 2 but 3 hairs in it!!!!
I ordered a large French vanilla with half coffee in it. I received a double double instead. So so soooo disappointing!

Not my favorite Tim Hortons location after making a stop here. It has a very strange seating layout and not a lot of tables? Despite that, we visited during non-peak hours and the food was not so great...

The sandwiches were toasted a tad too long, thus had a lot of burned edges, plus the bacon in the sandwiches were more on the floppy side. Additionally, the Vanilla Iced Capp was underfilled, darker in color, and also more concentrated in flavor than it should. I'm not sure if they followed the proper ratios when making the drink?

Perhaps the crew weren't at their best today? I think I'd rather drive a couple minutes in any given direction and pick up food from any other Tims location next time...

I went to Tim Hortons for a coffee and some snacks, but I was shocked by what I saw. There were flies and mosquitoes on the food, and the whole scene was super unhygienic. When I tried to ask a worker about it, they refused to answer me.

This morning, I ordered a iced latte , your staff give a super sugary one without asking me. I reordered a new one without sugar. And claimed I am willing to repay. The guy gave me a poker face and poured a filtered coffee with little milk and ice . Seriously it is very sad to see a respectable Canadian Brand declined in this way.

Says it is open at 5 am, however the doors are locked and the lady inside just stares at you. Nobody answers at drive-thru. The hours are not correct and need to be updated. There was 10 of us just waiting for them to open which they never did. I left at 5:20.

Very poor service. Ordered soup served in a coffee bowl. Sandwich with little sauce. Lady who works on site who doesn't speak a word of French. Hygiene to be desired from the part that makes the sandwiches. I do not recommend this place

Arriving there this morning at the drive-thru, the two employees were smoking outside, they shouted to me "it won't be long sir" they continued to smoke while I had to wait for them to finish their cigarettes.

I went with my wife to get the offer of 2 ici coffee,the guy gave us only one !!!my wife tried to explain that it's an offer so we must get 2,he was insisting that we ordered one???!no comment and on the top of that they put bacon in the sandwich ..we asked him without...we returned from the parking to adjust the order been waiting ..no apologies..so bad experience..never go there

Only go there as a last resort. Customer service is horrible, the team doesn’t know the menu, a lot of items always missing, got the wrong order multiple times and on different visits.

I thinks the past 10 time’s I’ve been there is been an issue with my order, no matter the item I pick, I used to go more often but with the amounts of mistakes and the not caring attitude I had enough this last time I ordered the simplest thing toast with butter and they managed to screw it up… the bread barely toasted and no butter… I mean the drive through was empty I understand if they are in a rush mistakes can happen but this was too much… a chain that died
