This used to be a nice clean place, but my last two experiences were not nice.

Dirty tables, very dirty and not organized utensils / ketchup counter.

Fruit flies were everywhere!

I ordered a double dave with bacon. I was charged for a double dave with bacon. What I received was a double dave without bacon, cold, and the lettuce was bad.

Cold hamburger and fries. Torn bench seat. Location keeps its winter coat cold indoor temperature. Very disappointed burnt order panel 3 out of 5. Not worthy of a Wendy's in Brossard location Portebellelo shopping center.

I wanted to tell you that the service was terrible. Baked potatoes without sour cream even though we had specified it twice, cold cheeseburger, no coke, we had to take water and my croquettes supposedly 10 and no. And finally no receipt for a total of $32. I'm sorry but no, it's really not possible.

The service leaves something to be desired in this restaurant, usually when you go to a restaurant and take your order, they call you when it is ready but in this one, my order was ready for a while and I I had to look for it myself without them calling me. In addition, this restaurant is not very good.

It's okay, I'm going back, unlike McDonald's. Mini poutine, good idea for people who have a small appetite.
The fries are good, hot and crispy.
What I don't like, very rarely am I served in French, which I find deplorable. The hamburgers are still good, but not hot enough. I tried the cinnamon brioche bowl and I didn't like it.
There's not much seating and by the door it's really cold (in December). It's best to bring home, if you're not too far away.
