I got scammed by the drive-in and I’m really pissed.First time I order through drive-in because I had two kids with me. Before ordering, I asked if I could use my coupons. They said they’ll gladly take my order. I place my order and then I drive to pay. I first present my coupons, then I proceed to TAP MY CREDIT CARD through ApplePay. I receive my drinks and order and I drive away…. Simple? It was WONDERS!That evening, I had to drive to some friends house for gathering and I get a notification for credit card payment at Wendy’s.The numbers just don’t add up!!! I paid $47 for my order. Since I still have some coupons, I add all my coupons to calculate total cost.Lo and behold, the cashier FORGOT TO CREDIT THE COUPON from my order.Worst part, they didn’t give me a receipt by hand OR inside my order (inside the bag).Never going back again to Wendy’s.

So, Wendy's is excellent at what it sets out to do. Within fast-food chains, I consider it to be a quality product. Burger prepared very quickly and delivered hot. It has an ok flavor and I can say that it is tastier than many fast food restaurants out there.

It's the same Wendy's you find everywhere. You're in the mood for a fast food. The burgers and nacho and chilli, baked potato is way better than a Mc. It's reall food.
Very good place, quite new building, clean and the food is much better than in other Wendy's in Montreal. Workers are nice and orders arrive super fast.
