Tim Horton near Cité de la Santé hospital. Would be nice if the people working there would stop talking to each other and actually listen to the customers. Half of the time, our orders are wrong.

Worst experience ever, waited 30 mins for a cold egg BLT. Disaster!!!
I order a dark coffee, it is cold, I ask for it to be made again with another carafe, the clerk makes it for me again with the same carafe, of course it is still cold, so I ask for a regular one but not drinkable! Arriving by car, I open my bag and I don't have the right muffin that I ordered, too bad I'm already back on the road but it's annoying to have wasted my money.
