Tim Horton near Cité de la Santé hospital. Would be nice if the people working there would stop talking to each other and actually listen to the customers. Half of the time, our orders are wrong.
I stopped by for the first time on Sunday and was impressed.
The service was impeccable. The employees were polite, smiling, proactive and professional. I haven't seen this in a Tim Horton's in several years.
The service was also really fast. I barely had time to finish ordering and it was already ready.
The icing on Sunday, there was nothing missing, the displays were full and it was fresh.

It is just a regular coffee shop like Dunkin’ donuts. I heard Canadians love it. When I visited, it was a long wait so I am only giving 3 star for service. It was a nice place.
Parking: It is next to a Gas station. Both place has plenty of parking availability.
