First, the ONLY reason I go to this McDonalds, is for the kids. The amount of wrong orders is beyond acceptable. MOST, not all ,BUT most of the staff are so RUDE and careless. Lack respect. When the order is right, the food is ok.

Worst night service ever. You go to this McDonalds cause it’s always open but damn that night shift is rude and so disrespectful I asked one question in English and the guy was so rude telling me he doesn’t speak English then laughed in my face proceeded to take 20 min to make a cheese burger and fries. Another lady came to bring my food and laughed in my face too didn’t even say anything no bye just smacked that window shut.

Really disappointing service. The worker taking our order was rude and made mocking comments about English people, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. On top of that, the fries had no salt and the food was badly wrapped. Overall, poor service and careless preparation. Definitely not a good experience. Won’t be coming back Night Shift group

Always screw up and forget something. Today we ordered coke and got something else which we don’t even know what it was and no straw. Last time my son ordered chicken nuggets and they forgot to include the sauce in the bag. Just a terrible experience each time.

I visited the McDonald’s in Candiac yesterday and ordered two Junior Boxes through the drive-thru. Once again, items were missing — this time, the yogurts.
This happens almost every second visit: missing nuggets, sauces, toys, and now yogurt. It’s really frustrating, especially when the weather is bad and I can’t go back.
I always have issues with my orders, missing items, missing meat in the burgers. It is usually cold and the fries are not good
