Always screw up and forget something. Today we ordered coke and got something else which we don’t even know what it was and no straw. Last time my son ordered chicken nuggets and they forgot to include the sauce in the bag. Just a terrible experience each time.

I visited the McDonald’s in Candiac yesterday and ordered two Junior Boxes through the drive-thru. Once again, items were missing — this time, the yogurts.
This happens almost every second visit: missing nuggets, sauces, toys, and now yogurt. It’s really frustrating, especially when the weather is bad and I can’t go back.
Please improve order accuracy.

We stop to use the washroom facilities. They were gross and smelled of urine and the can for disposing feminine products was over flowing and disgusting. We were at this location around midnight and the place maybe had 10 customers. To me this is unacceptable and gross.
