We stop to use the washroom facilities. They were gross and smelled of urine and the can for disposing feminine products was over flowing and disgusting. We were at this location around midnight and the place maybe had 10 customers. To me this is unacceptable and gross.

Worst mcdonalds I’ve been to. You have to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru to have your order taken!! Then you wait another 20 minutes to receive it. Worst mcdonald!

The ingredients are as you would expect from a McDonald's franchise, but the execution of the staff is underwhelming. Unfortunately it is the closest to my home so I keep going back... I always have to reassemble my big mac as it looks like it was thrown across the room in the box... That warrants 3-4 stars... But my last 3 orders reached a new low by litteraly missing sandwiches... Even after calling to let the manager know the first time it happened, it keeps happening. I used to work there, that would have never flied... Very disappointed by the new standards, unacceptable.
