I wouldn't recommend this place, some employees are rude, and have a very dirty atmosphere. The food is fine though

I usually love coming to this Subway. The food is great, and it’s super convenient. However, there’s one employee here who is incredibly rude, and it really takes away from the experience.

On one occasion, I ordered a six-inch sub, and after finishing, I was still hungry, so I went back to order another one. Instead of just taking my order, the employee commented, “Again? You’re ordering another one?”which felt completely unnecessary. As a customer, how much I order is none of his business, and it’s definitely not his place to judge.

Another time, my friend was simply ordering a cookie, and the same employee rudely told them, “You speak so damn fast.” There are much better ways to ask someone to repeat themselves without making them feel bad about how they talk.

Most recently, a friend of mine ordered a plain sub, and the employee actually said, “Damn, why are you ordering a Subway like that? So plain, so boring.” Again, completely unprofessional. Everyone has different tastes, and customers shouldn’t be criticized for their food choices.

I really enjoy coming to this Subway, but this kind of attitude from an employee is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect.

We arrive at the restaurant and the teenager on duty has a foot-long online order in his hands and doesn't know how to alternate between the items in this huge order and the customers on site. Customers on site are ignored until the order is completed.

In computing, queuing theory applies here and the term to describe the situation is called starvation: one order receives everything and the others nothing, which is absolutely unfair.

Please educate your teenager on how to provide adequate service, he is not mature enough to take an initiative on his own or even to simply observe the facts

Unfortunately some desserts were not available or we received the invoices and were told that they would be brought to our table. At the end of the meal, nothing received, I went to the counter to be told that they were not available. 10 min wait no one is able to refund has to make calls to find out how to do it..

I have never seen such a dirty Subway restaurant. Our feet were literally glued to the ground. The toilets were also very dirty and the employees were sitting at a table chatting!

super RUDE, Terrible experience! we’ll never go back, the employee was mean, arrogant, impolite with our kids for no reason except they paid him money !! , he seemed to be in a hurry and was very rude... we should have called the police , lucky i did not call the police this time, next time for sure if i ever been there
