Not fair to give 1 start .. should invent negative 5 for them, Super RUDE LADY from 1st second you enter ! , made my two 12 inches steak without cheese ! then toasted !! wrapped !when i reminded ; she put cold ! i asked from new one and reheated.. instead reheated again with sauce, tomato, ...etc everything was reheated ! tastes awful. AGAIN SUPER RUDE FROM 1ST MOMENT TILL LAST.. NEVER AGAIN THIS BRANCH OR ANY OTHER SUBWAY JUST FOR HER

The service was really good about a year ago. The employees don't seem happy. Barely speak without explaining yourself. Now prices have doubled! $30 for a gluten-free 12-inch! I should have gone to the nearby St-Hubert at that price... The only positive point is that it's still good.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread better than elsewhere, but costs more than $2 extra per bread that they will charge you. You have to charge 6in even if you take 12in, so it quickly costs $25 if you take 2.

I don’t speak French that well and the woman helping me “Jacqueline” was being so aggressive and rude to my friends and I. She was being nice to the other Québécois couple that was in front of us but when it came to us she had such a condescending attitude. She was pretending to not understand us even when motioning to the items we wanted. Unprofessional hag and I really hope she gets dealt with.

Old and dry tuna!!! No more lousy subways, really bad service, don't even fill the sandwiches halfway and then tell us that it's because the boss refuses to allow them to put more than the minimum. He watches them with the cameras and shouts at them so that he fills the sandwiches as little as possible!!! Terrible boss! Poor employee!
