Do not even bother stopping here. I usually stop somewhere else and thought I’d stop at this one instead but that was a big mistake. The girl in the drive through was rude and couldn’t take an order properly. I’ll never be back :)

This is the second time I’ve come to this Tim Hortons, solely because it’s conveniently located near my campsite.
Unfortunately, the quality remains disappointing. The hashbrowns are always pre-fried, chewy, and cold. The bacon on the breakfast BLT was also served cold. It’s clear the staff prioritize speed over quality, preparing food far too early instead of making it fresh to order. As a result, both the food and customer experience suffer.
Even as a fast-food chain, Tim Hortons should hold itself to a higher standard—especially as a brand that represents Canada and proudly displays the maple leaf on its packaging. Additionally, the booth seating at this location is in poor shape, with cracked and peeling leather that really needs replacing. I will not come back here again! I really hope management reads this and does something about it!

The staff is almost always rude especially if you don’t speak french. I usually place my orders using the app and pick them up in the drive thru but they still pretend that they don’t speak English and when they feel that they have to, they shout and mistreat the customer!!!

Older gentleman employee who served us did not wear gloves ( on St-Jean Baptiste) while making our sandwiches. We did not say anything due to having good service from him but it's a question of being sanitary. Please wear plastic gloves when handling customers food. Thanks

never go on the week-end if you want a good service and if you want your order to be good. EVERYTIME i go on the weekend my order is wrong and they overcharge me. after when you tell them they made a mistake they become clueless like chicken without heads.
The drinks are always good and consistent in quality — I really enjoy them.
Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait at the counter, and occasionally the order isn’t exactly right, but overall it’s still a nice experience.
Some staff members aren't very fluent in English, but they do their best and are polite and helpful.
A good spot for a quick coffee break!
Thursday December 12 around 10 a.m. Terrible customer service! Employees respond to you with attitude and don't know good manners. They aren't even able to say a simple hello when they give you the order and are there talking to each other and laughing as if the customer wasn't there. I advise you to eat somewhere else to avoid being disrespected.

Waiting 5 minutes to order a coffee and then looking at a disgruntled girl because I said I was waiting too long

I went to the drive-thru on Sunday October 13 around 10:30, I ordered a Tim matin simply bacon and surprise when I unwrapped my sandwich.. A SIMPLY SAUSAGE. To err is human, I can deal with it. However, when I went inside to correct this mistake the 2 young girls who served me were laughing in my face. A bit ordinary. I do not recommend this branch.

I visited a few weeks ago, my last visit since I won't be returning. An employee named Hilan, not sure how to spell it, clearly has attitude problems. The gentleman did not want to answer a question about a product because there were too many customers. He got angry and it took another employee to step in and ask me to come back later to offer me food as an apology. I prefer to go somewhere where I won't be attacked by an employee at 6:30 in the morning :) I miss the ladies who were there in the morning with their beautiful smiles :)

The drive-through service is terrible! The young man at the counter not only does not understand what we are ordering but he is also arrogant when we try to explain to him that an item was missing from the order!
