There were good days but holy shit even with the change of ownership a while back.. I'm speechless. Going from cold stale bread n' Dried out over cooked eggs to a mouth full of shells to the missing eggs in the wrap to missing the whole wrap. Pre-ordering to we don't have the things to make it but nor can we refund you so deal with the app yourself & never get your money back. Idk what's going on with them but like damn.

I dont drink cofee, I asked for a chai latte to receive something that is far from it and tasting like coffee. Looking more like a regular latte with a hint of chai. Chai Latte dont nor are suppose to have coffee in them!

Burnt bagel the lady making the food seemed angry and was dropping the utensils all over the place and dropping bread constantly. Then she didn’t even seem bothered and didn’t clean it.Also the other staff were supportive and gave me a refund they seemed like they needed a lot of organization

The worst Tims I've ever been. Don't go inside if you go. I waited 25 minutes for a croissant and a bagel while the drive thru line kept moving. They often make mistakes in the orders.

For the 3h I was there for my break, didn't see any one cleaning on down time, just chatting and on there phones, joking, hanging out, talking...

Was in like for 5min... no service, so I sat down for a little bit. Though ok it's busy I'll wait.. but then every other person that walk in was service within 5sec of walking in.... weird. 🤷🏾‍♂️

And then was still at least 6 tables dirty.

Usually quiet, food is usually okay. Was supposed to come at 8:30 pm today, found it was closed. It's supposed to close at 10 pm, not 8. Very dissapointed.

I love this chain. But this particular location has been consistently giving impressively poor service. I've worked in fast food for years and currently cook at a sit down restaurant and I am always very lenient and easy with it's workers when I'm being served because I GET IT. At this location, I will inquire about a promo from the electronic drive through menu and be told they don't know about it (not too bad), ask for food *1h30* hours before close and be told they don't have food to serve (then subsequently go to La Belle Province as they're closing and have the cook happily make me a burger after having just cleaned his grill - big contrast), I'll get a bowl with no lid or even cling film to close it or I will order a habanero chicken bowl and get a bowl with hard, over microwaved rice with litteraly *no habanero sauce* and uncut chicken strips and no jalapeño slices. When I return for them to finish the bowl (non confrontationaly) I'm told I was given a knife (to cut the chicken!). They did add sauce luckily and say sorry. I waited 30 seconds for the bowl to be ready after I placed the order in the drive through. There was no one else but me. This isn't being negligent due to a heavy service, this is pure laziness and a lack of basic industry principles, and even principles in general. Even when I was makings subs and bowls at minimum wage, I could never give a paying customer a sub par product like that. Hire better. For the record , the wage is not the issue in my opinion, its whoever is managing the place.

Went inside to get a coffee & Timbits but was left standing waiting at the counter while the single employee only served cars at the drive-thru window. If you don't want to serve people at the inside counter, then you should lock the door. 5 cars were served while I waited, and when I asked, he said he only had two more to go. When I went inside, there was only 1 car in the drive-thru. Customers inside don't count because there is no timer watching how long you wait. I guess I just wasn't important enough. The owner shouldn't have one employee working when the doors are unlocked.

Unbelievable, makes me so 😠 😡.

Tim Hortons is no longer what it was a few years ago. More and more, the service is getting bad. The food is bad, the service is bad, and the opening hours have changed a lot. Frankly, I am very disappointed because Tim Hortons was the symbol of Canada, but that is no longer the case. What a shame!

Pépite D'or

The manager left 2 young boys to work on a weekend where there was a hockey tournament right next door! Young people serve the drive-thru a lot more. No more stock (biscuit, pepperoni, etc.) Very long waiting time and it's far from being because of the two young people trying to do their best. Frankly, the bosses should see to putting more people to work instead of cutting hours. Tim Horton's is starting to get tough...and not just that, it's the same everywhere!
