For the price, I feel like it didn’t hit the spot, I had the flétan soup but it wasn’t as savoury as it should be for the price. They should add up some spices to make it more tasty. We also had the fried clams and it tasted watery, so we asked for more sauce. Also, my friend ordered the pad Thai and the noodles had a weird texture. Although, the waiter was really kind.

We had a good meal. We arrived early (before they officially opened, oops!) but they sat us anyways and make us feel welcomed. Food was good. I loved the art on the wall from local artists (LEF). The clientele seemed young and hip (we are not).

Merci.

Always a pleasure to go and eat at your leisure. The service is always very pleasant and the food delicious. I highly recommend it during your visit to the islands. A reservation is preferable

Fantastic meal. Great service. Artsy vibe. I had the Soupe Thaï au flétan, which was excellent. I would definitely recommend it if you find yourself in Cap-aux-Meules.

Great all around. Very popular spot, with locals and tourists alike, it appeared. Loved the interior and the featured art. Our cocktails and meal were spectacular, and the staff is so much fun.

Avoid eating there unless all the other restaurants are full. Overcooked mussels. Fried cold and cooked in old oil. Super long service. Very noisy restaurant.

The review is for the restaurant and not for a hotel. For the cuisine I would give it a 4 star, especially for the freshness of the products. Yes, there is a difference between fresh mussels and those found in a supermarket in town. The menu is not too elaborate but we found 2 dishes that we wanted to eat: sea bass (as a burger) and fresh mussels. Although good, the sauce accompanying the mussels was a little too salty. Impeccable service from an extremely polite, efficient and pleasantly cheerful young man. It seems that he loves his work. Little tip: although there are 3 services, you must book at least a week in advance if there are several of you.

July 13, 2024 dinner 6 p.m.
Great service, nice atmosphere.
The restaurant lost some.
There were 4 of us.
Thai halibut soup (no pieces of halibut) tastes excellent, we were given a $9 credit.
My French beef burger, very nice plate but industrial beef meatball. (Very disappointing)
Japanese-style scallops can be added a few scallops for the price of the plate.
General tao chicken ok.
Excellent fried squid starter.
Sorry to the server of 15% deserved more.

Restaurant that rides on its old reputation. Bad value for money, no research or talent in the execution of the dishes. Outdated recipe. A factory to feed tourists who are easy to cheat and a service without any professionalism.
