Ben & Florentine

J’ai toujours eu une grande confiance envers ce restaurant. Depuis plusieurs visites, on m’avait affirmé très clairement qu’ils prenaient les allergies — particulièrement aux arachides — très au sérieux, ce qui m’avait rassuré et permis de manger ici en toute tranquillité. Cependant, lors de ma dernière visite, on m’a dit cette fois qu’aucune garantie ne pouvait être donnée concernant la présence de traces d’arachides. C’est un changement de discours important et cela m’a beaucoup déstabilisé. Pour quelqu’un vivant avec une allergie sévère, la constance et la transparence sont essentielles.

I had better service in bordeaux jail I'd rather go back to jail then come back here the reason of going to breakfast is so I don't have to.cook my own breakfast I almost had to go into the kitchen to teach them how to make my food sent it back 3 times I'm completely disrespected

Ben & Florentine – Near Chambly Review

Ben & Florentine near Chambly is a great spot for breakfast and brunch. The food is delicious, with good quality at a fair price. The service is also excellent, making for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant has a very nice design, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Another plus is the free parking, which adds to the convenience. If you order food, coffee is complimentary, making it an even better deal. Overall, a solid choice for a satisfying meal.

One of the waitresses was bloc King the entrance to the restaurant too busy speaking with friends about the pregnancy of a family member to seat me despite the clear sign that stated to wait to be seated. She then waved me in to seat myself. Which I did, then once I was seated I was told by another waitress that I could not sit there.

Complaining of my experience I was told it was a family member of the owner. Nepotism at its best, service at its lowest.

Food was not very good. Some things tasted old and other things no taste at all. Very expensive for what it is. $42.00 for 2, not including the tip.

The hours are wrong, showed up at 0630 on a Tuesday and it wasn't open. Hours listed on the door also say it opened at 0600, but clearly not. Can't comment on the food since I didn't get to eat.

I came here with family for Sunday brunch! It was absolutely fantastic! They were very busy and the atmosphere in here was great. The service was phenomenal and I would recommend this place to anyone. The food is fantastic, I had the bacon avocado skillet and I would definitely get this again! Overall experience was a 10/10

Très bon service et personnel très souriant. C'est un plaisir d'aller manger là-bas et la bouffe est très bonne :)

45minutes pour trois déjeuners alors que la salle était très calme quelques tables seulement… très déçu du service cuisine, mais la serveuse a été très gentille et professionnelle.
