The employees are ALL, without exception, super friendly, smiling and courteous. A rarity in recent years in fast food customer service with Generation Y and Z. Each time, I am pleasantly surprised by the excellent service of the young employees of this service point. Great work to the whole team!

You're really starting to lose it... I just can't believe it, I order a strawberry frap (extra strawberry puree) an iced coffee, chocolate macadamia nut mousse (half ice cream, added milk and caramel coulis)

The girl serves me a black foam coffee, I ask her if she added more milk… she clearly tells me no. That's okay, she didn't read what was on the cup... I smile at her a little awkwardly, then she comes back to me with a simple addition of milk, I ask her if she added the caramel coulis and she tells me that no!! Let's see, she hasn't even read it yet! The strawberry frapp did not even have extra puree when it is clearly indicated on the paper that it is on the cup

I went to Starbucks today for the $4 offer on a large drink of our choice. I ordered my usual drink which is an iced Passion Tango herbal tea, with a little ice, added peach juice, 1 pump of strawberry syrup and classic syrup (1). This drink cost me $7 while on the app it cost me $5.23. I then explained to the cashier that there was definitely a problem with the price of my drink, she replied that it was new and that she was going to ask someone else. Her colleague explained to me that if I would have taken another drink, e.g. pink drink, and if I would have added my additions it would cost me less, she did not try to understand my reasoning. On top of that she got it wrong in my second drink I asked for a strawberry açaí and I received a dragon fruit. I often go to this Starbucks but this time I had very bad service.
