Every time you want something you are told that there is more, the service is long the employees are on their cell phones behind the counter and not only when the time comes to serve you it looks like you just got them bother but what's in the bag is never what you asked for.

I read the other comments and this is exactly what I experience every time I place an order at this Tim Hortons: ALWAYS an error in my order, despite being made to repeat it several times at the drive-thru.. A big disappointment every time!
