Hi, j’habite a carignan et chaque jour je vien prendre un caffé. Un petit garcons blond ma donner un caffer tres froid pas de sucre mes j’ai demander un petit caffe deux deux. Plus je lui donner un tip. 1:30 minute. J’étai la car i was in a rush. On the road i tasted the coffe and it was really bad. Need to treat costumer better because its not just about money its also about how to get customers. After i business i will come to the counter with the coffe that they gaved me. And please put people that knkw how to work if you want children atleast teach them good because a cold coffe belongs in garbage.

Today’s visit was extremely frustrating. I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, but the employee on the headset kept ringing in a large coffee I never asked for. When I finally reached the window, only the sandwiches were in the bag—and before I paid I asked to add an Iced Capp. The staff member flat-out refused to amend the order.
Between the repeated ordering error and the refusal to correct it, the service felt careless and dismissive. I won’t be returning to this Tim Hortons branch again. Horrible service.
