Best lobster club sandwich ever. Really wonderful. In August 2023 we spent 3 weeks in Carleton. We went every 2-3 days mainly looking for lobster clubs and fried squid. A delight! The fries were so good with the house spices. People were nice and helpful. We are returning to Carleton again this summer (2024) and we are already looking forward to eating at Frigidaire again.
Beautiful terrace. I had the lobster roll. It was very good, but very little lobster, it was more of a vegetable roll in my opinion. The fries are very well seasoned. My partner had the shrimp tacos with poutine. Again good, but only contained one battered shrimp in each of the tacos. We expected more seafood on our plate coming from a fishmonger. Everything was very well presented and we can see that the employees work hard to prepare.
Absolutely delicious lunch! Very small counter and a few tables inside. Small terrace for sunny days. The seafood chowder is gigantic (enough for 2 people for lunch) and really very good. Great service.
