We had picked this restaurant after reading reviews but to be honest when we first walked in we were sceptical. We shouldn’t have been, our French is terrible but that did not stop Sabine the woman in charge of the dining room from making sure we had the most amazing experience. Sabine actually brought her laptop to our table so we could see the menu in English when the QR code would not work on our phone. Sabine was full of life and is a woman that truly loves her job and we should all be grateful for that. The service was only surpassed by the food, it was sublime. Tuna ceviche and a lovely vegetable soup to start and a halibut cheek served in a buere blanc, all complimented with quirky components that made the meal, spruce infused sorbet with the tuna, brilliant pesto with soup and squid ink brushed tagliatelle made this meal a delight.thank you Sabine a truly memorable meal.

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant, the owner (I suppose) is super nice, good-natured! The food is good as I like it, first tartiflette in years, I missed it! Everything was very good, main course, dessert. I would come back without any problem on my next visit to Gaspésie.

What a pleasant time we had during our stay at Saint-Honoré! A warm atmosphere and the person serving in the room was really very friendly! Our neighbors told us that they came every year and that it was always so friendly. The quality of the dishes and the refinement of the plates is remarkable. I ate a fish which was tasty and cooked perfectly and my partner enjoyed a duck breast. Very local products are used such as elderberry and samphire. It was difficult to choose a starter because they looked so appetizing. We enjoyed the Carleton oysters and the house-smoked redfish salad. Really delicious. The dessert plates are definitely worth trying because they come with a few little surprises! We even saw customers in the room who had a second chocolate cake because they enjoyed it so much! A big thank you for your welcome and the superb evening we spent. We will definitely come back next year.
