We ordered for a family of 4 on the UberEats app. The application allowed you to combine promotions. Unfortunately, out of the 4 dishes ordered only 3 reached us (after waiting 1 hour 15 minutes). When we called the restaurant thinking there was an oversight, they said that since there were 2 promotions on the bill, they could not honor the order. I suggested they call the customer to find a solution instead of just removing an item from the order, to which they responded that they didn't have time to call the customers and that I was the one. only customer to complain about this problem.
